I have been a loyal customer to Straight Talk service for over I'd say 5 years okay even when the lawsuit was going I did not see them and I had the right to but being loyal as I am I didn't go through with that so now I get a message today from straight talk where they have lowered my high speed data to a lower speed which is annoying it is hard to load videos or even move around on my phone they say its high-speed data for $45 a month it doesn't say high speed until 4 days before your end date I think this issue needs to be resolved immediately I'm very annoyed
