I called into customer service because someone was using my credit card for their Straight Talk airtime and I do not use any Straight talk airtime products. I was on hold for 45 minutes!! It is obvious that someone has stolen my credit card information! I was told to call my credit card company (which I did) and have them reverse the charges! It seems that the Straight talk people should look up who used my card for their straight talk account and terminate the service immediately! It also seems that they should turn those people into the authorities for fraudulent use of a credit card. !!!! I'm sure they won't do that, they will just allow this kind of thing to go on with the people that stole my card information to continue breaking the law
