I called to speak with a furniture expert; it was absolutely horrible experience. Two simple questions and it was like talking to someone who's never had any listening skills. Clearly, PB has not invested much time into their employees, the voice of the company! It was insulting to read how much they care about their service, when they lack such talent. I had to disconnect the call as the rude young lady would continue to talk over me. I hope they get a chance to review the recorded conversation. It was placed on 4/8/2016 around 12:00PST, if anyone should care.
