EBay will not quit nagging for a payment that I have refused to pay because the buyer is a scammer and filed a fraudulent claim. They have been harassing me via robot email that will not allow a reply since June 2015.

After submitting my documented proof concerning the scam, they ignored my documents and continued with the robot emails. On 11-16-15 they handed me of to a collection agency. I sent a copy of the document packet to the agency. As of this date no contact from the agency. With this much time and no contact, I consider the matter closed. However, eBay continues with the robot emails that my account is closed and unless I pay immediately, they will involve a collection agency. Now, how stupid can employees be. I will not call them as over the past year, nobody within eBay has enough sense to solve problems.
