I have unsuccessfully been trying to process a return for a camera I purchased in November and Returned to dell on Dec. 18, 2015.
I have recently been told the money was credited back to my credit card but I checked with the credit card and it is not there. I also used gift cards for part of the purchase and cannot get that money back until they process the credit card refund. No one is understandable when you call and I have been placed on hold for hours at a time. This is the WORST customer service i have ever received with a company. i cannot believe this is how dell operates. Its disgraceful and i will not be using there products or purchase from their website again
They re fine if you don't have to send anything back, but heaven help you is you do because no one at dell will.
