I purchased my Dell Laptop in May of 2015 and it already needs repair. I have been trying since the middle of August to get information on how to return the laptop for repair that is under warranty. Every phone number I try tells me all customer service and support agents are busy and try later and then the dial tone, this has gone on for days. Your customer service is horrible, I will never purchase another Dell product, I am surprised that Dell can stay in business hopefully that will change soon.
