I was contacted in Dec. of a 30 day notice of renewal. On that notice there was a address to click on to be able to cancel my subscription. I even got a confirmation that my subscription would be cancelled. Thank goodness I saved all my correspondence because, when my husband was just balancing our check book there was a hundred and seventy something charge from McAfee renewing my subscription. Of course I called them immediately. Got the run around. I talked to 3 different employees, with the last telling me that someone will call me back within the hour. Of course no one did. I am very upset over this, but will get to the bottom of it.
