This is a long story, I'm totally frustrated

About a year ago I've purchased Acrobat Adobe Standard XI. My computer crashed, lost all software. I chat few times with your support, sent me times and again the wrong link to the lost product, couldn't install it. I've tried by phone, it says no support (by the way - you've published that you have Hebrew support, it's in the Internet, does not exist). Tried again by phone, they've asked me to wait on the line and... it disconnected. I'm describing it in short, but it was a long, totally unsuccessful story.



Meanwhile, I've downloaded your new Cloud PDF, very satisfied. I've chat and called again to see either i can upgrade from my XI to Cloud - couldn't get any reasonable, satisfying answer .



So, I'm without my already purchased XI, probably lost these $400 already paid, and with no other solution, wasting time and gets bad support.



Here is what I want:

First priority: To upgrade to Cloud PDF, by using my license to XI, or

Second priority: To have the correct link to my old XI (emphasizing: the correct link)



So help me god, I'm totally frustrated.
