I phoned their technical support help line yesterday due to a problem with my brand new Casio cash register. First the number they supply on their website for cash registers, gets you through to the wrong department. They transferred me three times to the main switchboard WHICH NEVER PICKED UP !! I tried several different numbers from their website with no success - eventually someone told me they'd take my name & number and get the relevant department to call me back. They never did ! Quite honestly I think I will return the register back to the shop now & buy someone elses. If this is how Casio run their support for new customers - how is it for the old ones . Absolute rubbish !
