I have not been able to reach a live person through your PayPal Services , if there actually is one. I was hesitant to start using PayPal for this very reason. That and the fact that now PayPal has all of my personal banking information and I am without my purchases. Seriously, is this anyway to run a business? Your ads keep bragging about the security level with which you pride yourself on. Well right now I'm not feeling very warm, fuzzy or secure. I placed an order through PayPal on October 7th, tried emailing the individual that took my money out of my account the same day, and have not heard hide nor hair from PAYPAL *KHALISH since. So what are my chances of ever getting refunded? And while we are on the subject, I ordered on the same day 2 costume wigs for my 2 granddaughters Halloween costumes from another PAYPAL BABYLILYLIU which was the other half of my order issues. I received (1) of the two but not the other. Of course again, why should the person believe me when I told her I only got one (which is the truth). How do I get refunded for that. I would really love someone to get in touch with me preferably by email and give me a little light at the end of a very dark tunnel.
