we purchased & financed including GAP insurance a 2012 kia sorrento on 4/2012 with Hendrick kia of cary in cary north carolina. We have since paid out this loan and have been trying to contact this dealership for over 5 weeks to find out how to make a claim for a refund on the GAP policy. I have made numerous calls and left messages on their message system and also emailed them as well. I again called today and I asked for the manager of the dealership's name and she 1st could only tell me his 1st name. After bothering her she gave me his last name. She said she would connect me and of course i rec'd his message system, this is the 3rd call i made to the dealership today . The 1st time i just asked for the manager and didn't get a name and again it went to the message system. the 2nd time i was connected to the financing dept and of course it went to the message system. All i want to know is how to do a refund on the GAP insurance since our vehicle is paid off. I can not believe this dealership. We get calls and emails wanting us to upgrade to a newer vehicle but they can not answer one question. I have even explained what it is i require. We are thoroughly disappointed in their service and would not recommend this dealership to anyone in the area.
