I am totally disappointed and disgusted with your 'customer service'. I have been a Comcast customer since 1991 (lived in Reading,Ma. at that time) I have had a problem with my service for 2 weeks and 2 days. The problem is STILL not corrected, I have been promised a 'CALL BACK" from a technician FIVE times, disconnected after waiting 13 minutes to speak with a supervisor, set up and appointment for today from 3 to 5; left work early only to come home to receive an email stating the WRONG date as well as stating I am being charged for a "Service call" which I was told would be removed as well as not even having the tech show up today as promised. I have written down 3 tech ID numbers and first name and each time I call the 800 number, no one seems to know what I am talking about. I'm a Comcast Insider? Ha!! what does that mean? I pay $163.75/month and HORRIBLE service. Tomorrow I am going to cancel my service as I can't seem to get ANY promise d response or correction of a simple problem. from exhausted, disgusted and done with Comcast.
