This letter is to notify you, my complaint based on the conversation on 3/25/2014 at 6:10 pm east; about concern that I am having with the date of my returned to work from the LOA.
I am very dissatisfy with the customer service; call and requested to speak with a supervisor, in order to obtain more clarification about an issue, but The person or supervisor was very unprofessional, discourteous, defiant and sarcastic. He talked over me several times, refused to transfer the call to another supervisor; also pretended to transfer the call, but he only put me on hold for several minutes, I do not think that Aetna should offer that level of customer service, I felt mistreated and also discriminated, because just after he listen that I have a foreign accent, he changed his tone, turning aggressive, hostile and defiant.
