Canceling my dish service today why you ask oh I got them here! For the past 4 years I have had the best service oh but that changes now! I have been given wrong information not once or twice but FOUR TIMES! REALLY! I fell on hard ship this month and could not pay my bill I asked them to take a partial payment to keep my service on they said okay bill is 110 monthly) so I paid 85 and would pay the rest later I called them and told them I'll pay the rest of my bill now. NOPE YOU HAVE TO PAY 135 now or we cancel you service! I complained and they said we'll put you on promised to pay call Monday to extend it for another week. I call them today. NOPE YOU CANT EXTEND IT BECAUSE YOUR OVER THE AMOUNT NEEDED. I gave them the list of people who helped me last time and he has the audacity to tell me "well you better find a way to pay it you have to pay you have a responsibility" EXCUSE ME YOU GAVE ME WRONG INFORMATION! AND ON TOP OF THAT ISNT IT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GIVE RIGHT INFORMATION!
I'm glad I RECORED that conversation so I can let the whole world know how this supervisor Steven *blank* is towards customers and how terrible information is relaid to customers! Good bye dish!
