I have recently found out that U.S. Cellular is being bought out by Verizon. Since U.S. Cellular has een making their "changes" I have had slow to no service,dropped calls or my calls havent even been coming in. When I do at times attempt to make a call it just sits there. Terrible service. I finally got a bill after three months and it was only for 1/3 of what the normal bill is...We have four phones on our account..it should be more than $68.00. I better not be penalized..customer service is insisting it correct and I asked for it in writing!!
