I had ADT installed thinking it would be a good idea. I checked my bank account 3 days later and they had taken out four months of payments. I told them that my contract said I was to pay once a month. The person was rude so I told her to just come back out and take it back. She gave me a number to call for that. I called and after being on hold for awhile I talked to I think is the only person they have answering the phone. He was nice and said he would look into it and would call me back the next day and see if he could do something to get me to stay. I waited and finally had to call them, and after being on hold for 30 minutes, I finally talked to him again. He said that he would cancel my service without saying anything about trying to remedy the situation. So I canceled and hope I get my money back without having to call again. Stay Away!
