after an hour trying to report my card lost, I was finally told to contact my bank the next day... after the weekend... because I didn't have the card number... it was lost. By then my account was pretty much cleaned out. My bank told me I was responsible since I waited to report the card lost, if I had reported it lost immediately I wouldn't have been. The banks number to report the card lost was experiencing technical difficulties that weekend. Great service.
