This company needs to get their things together. My phone was suspended, I paid the balance due, after being told when I paid the total amount due, that I owned nothing more. I was told my service would be turned on in 3 to 5 minutes. I waited an hour, still no service. Called back, now it could take up to 4 hours. Waited the 4 hours, still no service. Called back, could take up to 24 hours! Asked to speak to a manager, could take up to 24 hours for a manager to call me back! It's been 27 hours, I have called several times, even been called a liar by one of the customer service reps, and still no service. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They tell me the tech department has to turn the phone on, they must be extremely busy if it takes over 27 hours! Will not recommend this company to anyone!!!
