Extremely poor customer service. To schedule an appliance repair often takes weeks to get an appointment. Waited a week for the rep to some out the first time and he needed to order a part,often the case understandably. However,the part arrives two days later directly to my home but PSEG does not allow you to schedule the next appointment for the installation of the part until it is received. I called immediately upon receiving and now have to wait 9 days for them to return. So although I pay aprox $65.00 per month or $800 per year for my worry free service on appliances,It is far from worry free. Useless unless you can wait weeks for repair
