You may also try calling their spanish speaking USA order support number (1-866-751-6079) and then once you get a live agent, ask them nicely if you can speak in english. The agents usually speak english very well and are much much nicer, more helpful and knowledgable than the indian agents. An added bonus is there is usually less of a wait time as well.
