This company has made two mistakes with my mortgages on two different properties. With the first property I was quoted 2x what I should have and was not told until I already made an offer, which I had to pull out from. Presently, I am close to closing and I received a call that there numbers are off and they are trying to resolve it. All I'm hearing is that I'm sorry but no resolution. I call multiple times a day and no answer from underwriting. I'm in limbo as to whether I will have a place to live in a month!

This service from quicken ended up not being what was originally agreed. I was not clearly communicated the changes, with the changes made the loan was not adjusted to the lower rate since the cash out had been removed? This service of fast and efficient is just the opposite. No clear communication, just rush rush rush. I will not recommend this company!
