Make sure you pay your bill on time each month with Wells Fargo Bank N.A. I didn't get last month's bill, I remembered it was due but paid 6 days late so I was charged $27 late fee. I spoke with a CSR and then someone higher up but was told the fee couldn't be removed and a report would be filed with the post office for a missed delivery. I have been at the same address for years. So now I get to pay my bill plus $27. Can't wait to get this balance paid so I can shred this card. I was also told to remember my due date so it doesn't happen again. Yeah I'll be sure to do that. The fee should be removed. I'll make sure this doesn't happen again.

made a $300 payment got a confirmation, next month they said it was rejected. Made an $80 payment same information and it accepted. i was added as an authorized user and when i was asking for information they said that i wasnt added 3 months ago, but i was able to get information before. This company has been nothing more then a headache 1 st they couldnt find the account after calling and calling, now payment was "reject" even after a confirmation number another payment was made with the same information but i couldnt get any answers because i was not on file even when i was told i was on before.

Wells Fargo employee at one of Nothern Va Wells Fargo acted like some beuracrats in third rate backward countries. They treat their customers as uninvited and unwanted nuisance. I have never encountered such a bad drive thru window clerk. She was rude and threatened not to serve me when I asked what made her so slow.

I am considering pulling out my 40 years account under several different names.
I strongly believe Wells Fargo needs to train their employee badly. They forget how their customers be treated.

Wells fargo customer services horrible... They r hypocritical. I will never recommend someone to use this bank. Collections is rude. Harrassing people. Calling 10 to 15 times a day...

I have a 1991 pontoon boat, trailer and motor that I tried to sell at an auction several months ago. The buyer couldn't transfer the title because it showed a lien with Wells Fargo. We have called and called and have been going around in cirlcles with Wells Fargo. There seems to be no information on the lien. It appears that whatever it was, was paid off. But we can't seem to get anyone to give us a release. My husband bought this pontoon boat, trailer and motor from one of our employees around 12 years ago. The employee signed the back of the title. However, both my husband and my employee are deceased and I have no other information than what I know. If Wells Fargo doesn't have any knowledge of a lien how do I get a letter releasing the lien so the buyer can transfer the title in their name. I am very frustrated. No one seems to know what to do. I just want to sell the pontoon boat, trailer and motor. Please help me.

Lets see- my husband and I tried to get our account title changed. We were told to make an appt to speak with the knowledgeable banker on this matter. We did. The 'knowledgable banker" had no clue what to do, made numerous phone calls while we were there and in effect did not do anything but waste our time. We went back a diffferent day and spoke with a different banker who told us it was not possible to change the account title and we had to open a new account. So we did under the guise that we would no longer be charged bank fees. She promised to send us our checks which 2 months later I am still waiting for. Not only were we charged bank fees , but they screwed up the title as well. Nobody I reach by phone is "authorized" to correct the account title. We can however go into the branch to have it corrected.....Ha ha ha. I am supposed to believe that?

This is the WORST bank I have ever dealt with. All of the personel are bride and not helpful , there is a fee for every thing. I make sure that I tell people not to use this bank

Fargo considered one of my payments late and continues to multiply that late payment each month. All of my payments have been cashed before the 15th of the month or two on the 15th. This elderly couple cannot withstand a 25 percent add on each month.

I got my paycheck late Saturday. I called around to find a bank that was open and could cash it for me. Corbin Hudson, a teller at the Canon City Co branch was given all the information about this check. He said to come in and they would cash it for me. I provided the check stub, two forms of I.D., my signature and my fingerprint. I drove 20 miles (each way) out of my way just to find out he was flat out lying to me. This leaves me with no gas $ to get to work Monday. Not that you care. I'll NEVER set foot in another Wells Fargo as long as I live. And if I ever see that lier again he's gonna wish he never lied to me. And I'm gonna make it my personal mission to let EVERYONE I know how horrible your customer service is. Especially that guy ...Corbin. Can't wait to see him again!!

I've been a customer with wells Fargo for several year now. We do business and personal trans action with this company; mine you Thousand of dollars go threw this bank every week by our business. On this perceptually day; I decide to use the out side window service on which I seldom to unless I am not feeling good. I made a business trans action with just several check and cash that took me no more then 5 minutes of there time. There was just one car which just drove up behind of my car and he was not even there for 2 minutes. The teller who took care of my trans action told me that if I was make business trans action that I need to come into the bank next time. I just taught why and look at her as to my surprise she would say this to me.
I drove off and went to another store. This is when I decided to call the bank and ask for the bank Manager. Her name what Nichole. I asked who if there was a certain specification to using the window service out side and she said "What do you mean by this" While I told her I was out there making a small deposit and she said "While if this is a business trans action then it would be better to take care of you inside so that we are mine full of the customers who is waiting. Then I told her that I was out there NO more then 5 minutes and a car pulled up behind me not ever 2 minutes after. I said to her. "What about me as a customer. would it have made any different if I was inside waiting for 10 minute while they were assisting customers. Where is the common since of this? She keep repeating herself as to we all need to be mine full of others. I felt as if i did not matter as there customers. I told her I have never been treating so unfairly rude as to be there customer there. All she said to me was sorry but that is what we tell our customers.

We are selling our home that we currently have financed through Wells Fargo Financial. We originally obtained the loan 8 years ago. We have a cash offer on our house and we just found out that Wells Fargo did NOT record the sale with our county. I called a lady by the name of Angie who hung up on me the first time and was very rude. She stated several times there was nothing they could do for us. I dug the copy of our loan papers out that we signed and quickly found the itemization of what and where our closing fees were supposed to be applied. $96 was charged for recording with the county. One would think that when you're paying $6,800 in fees that simple things would be followed through with. The lady was very rude and told me she was too busy to help and I would have to call back at 7:00am (5:00am my time) Monday morning. So here I am sitting here at 5:00am trying to call her and she doesn't get in to the office for another hour. (Another hour of sleep I could have got.) I am frustrated beyond words as this whole mess is going to hold up our home sale. I will never do any kind of business through this bank again!

We purchased a new car and the car lot we went through delt with Wells Fargo, we fallen on hard times due to selling our cafe to a family member that never came through with our 70g. So we called to reschedule a payment a, the worst and rudest customer service I have ever delt with! It was not even customer service! It was a representative criticizing and nasalizing our finances and our lives. When they answered the phone the conversation started with....what can I help you with Sommer, in a hateful tone! Over all experience was unbelievable, I own a cafe and if I spoke to anyone the way they did me, I wouldn't have any customers!! We are refinancing our new car through the first bank we can switch to. Total BS....

This have got to be the worst, most unprofessional bank I have ever dealt with. The funny thing is I didn't know they even existed until I bought something and the store I did business with had them as their financial institution. No surprise because that's probably the only way they can actually get anyone to join their bank. Basically they try to charge me over 70 dollars in late fees when I actually paid my bill early. I paid for my October payment, and then decided that I had extra money so I paid for my November bill 3 weeks before the bill was due. Two months later I get a phone call from a very rude representative name Jason h. That's right his last name was h because he didn't want to tell me his full last name. He called to tell me that I missed a payment and they have charged me a late fee of 72 dollars and wanted my bank information to process the payment. I asked him about my early payment and he said they applied it to the October payment. Which was confusing because each payment was a little more then a week apart. Then I asked to speak to a supervisor and he told me to call back if I wanted to talk to a supervisor and hung the phone up in the middle of our conversation. Oh that's after he insulted my intelligence by explaining to me how late fees work. Bottom line do not give this company a chance to manage your money. I'm almost positive they will lose your trust one way or another.

I am so angry I deposited a check into my business account it bounced ok no problem but when a cash deposit was made they put a hold on it like it was a check and the put a return ck fee on it and took out the amount and charged a fee when I went to the branch and had them bring up my account the Manager told me sorry nothing I can do "this conversation is over please leave!!" I could not believe the poor customer service this bank continues to exhibit on a daily basis now I'm fighting with the claims department and am being told at least 5-10 days to figure out they've STOLEN the money out of my account as soon as this is resolved I'm moving all 4 accounts and business from this poorly run bank.

i hace tried to get my credit report and have not been ableto-this is a waste of timie for me-please send one out i paid onoe dollar for a report and cannot access it on line-i cancelled the service becasue it is not user friendly-please e mail back the reports

By far the shadiest experience with a bank. EVER. long story short I was told I was approved for a credit card and to come open a checking and savings with them. I already have my car loan with them. So I go open the accounts only to be told I was denied for the card. That I was preapproved for an INVITATION for a credit card. So there's a ding on my credit from them now. I will do everything I can to get it removed. Needless to say I closed both accounts very quickly and went to a local credit union.

Oh my gosh! Worst experience ever! I would never ever recommend anybody with this terrible banker no more!!! I was charge $500 for overdraft feeds not even refund a darn Penny back! I have my service overdraft protection on said will only charge 12.50 they lied!!! I now move to another bank... Please don't go with this bank!! Rude customer services won't solve your problem!

I've had a account through wells Fargo for 7 years I started to go through a rough time so I tried to get a direct deposit advance. I get a good amount of money deposited every month and have been a very good costumer. The co-head banker there stacy ( Boyd, Texas branch) wanted me to come in and get a credit card and switch my auto insurance over to them, long story short stacy would do nothing for me because I decided not to get a credit card or their auto insurance. She was very rude only concerned about her self and her commission. I had problems over and over until she told me the reason, because I didn't get the car insurance she told me to get. Horrible person. Stacy because of you after 7 years I will be banking with another bank now. Every person I know will be informed not to bank through very rude and ill concern for costumers Wells Fargo. Also not Veteran friendly. She said she didn't care that was my choice to do that for the country.

Wells Fargo branch national and sepulveda is Los Angeles is the worst too many complaints to be innumerated here we are moving all of our money to another bank. Party A doesn't know what party B is doing. There are language and educational barriers.

Yesterday I try to contact anyone on Wells Fargo Bank, to give me a fax no. where I can sent a check claim for forgery. the person who answered the phone was a very nasty woman, she didn't want to give me the fax number and on top of that she told me that don't bather to get in contact with main no. since she was the person on claim department and she wouldn't provide me with this information. I think this bank need person with pation and how to deal with client on the phone. she was very nasty and umprofetional person.

The Wells Fargo "Banker" I spoke with hung up on me. Disgrace and I will be moving my accounts to Chase. Nuff said.
