I watch the gentleman picking up the trash every week. I asked his name today. He said Tyler. I told him he does a really good job. He is careful not hit the cars. I can tell he cares about his job. The truck is out of Homer City. Kudos to a great employee for WM.

My pickup was missed Friday. Got an email saying it would be picked up on Saturday. Logged into account and now WM is saying my pickup will be the 19th so apparently aren't picking up today as previously told.

These people are beyond horrible! I called this morning. On hold for 44 minutes. Called back and was giving option for them to call back. They called 2 hours later, I just hung up after being on hold 1 hour and 17 minutes. Called another number I was given. BACK ON HOLD. My bill is $69.89 every 3 months. They are taking this payment from my bank account EVERY MONTH. I can see it on my account but can't get it fixed. I emailed them yesterday. She got back to me today. Said she doesn't see that! I emailed her with attached screenshots from the last 3 months to show her. NO response at all! The 3 months is as far back as I went at this time, but I may find more when I really get into it! I think the Attorney General will be my next move!

I think WM is purposefully messing with its customers. We have no choice but to use them and they know it. When you call, it's almost impossible to get a person. The computer just bounces you around. If you finally get a human, they transfer you to another department. Rince and repeat. I've spent about 45 minutes this morning trying to rent a dumpster, but it is proving to be impossible. Now I'm on hold having been transferred again without warning and am typing this. Seemingly nobody at this company is in charge of setting up dumpster rentals.

Your customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! I have personally had trouble with your service in the past. Now my mother is having trouble with her service. You do not notify her that you will not be picking up on the scheduled day until after close of business on that day. This means garbage is left out overnight for the animals to raid. Now I'm trying to get pricing for a dumpster rental and was willing to give you a shot but, after your automated system hung up on me for the 4th time, you lose out on that opportunity. I know many people who have elected to discontinue your service and I may be the next. I would CERTAINLY never recommend you.

Waist Managements trash pickup disrespect my front lawn and my property while disposal of my trash this morning. I have this employee on film pulling their trash truck up to the curb in front of my home. There was only one guy working so he stopped the truck and sat there staring at my trash. I did have about double the normal amount of trash this week, but it was very organized and laied out neatly for them to grab and go. I evenly spaced my cans so he could use the truck freely without obstacles so the truck could grab my two big cans. Something about my trash made this guy upset. I watched as he eventually got out of the truck and started violently chucking my corrugated shipping trash into his hopper. He missed a few and without care continued on to my small cans using his rage to empty each one by slamming them into the can and tossing them into my yard with one landing in my driveway. He broke the whhels off of one can and cracked another. After he was done with his emotional charade he climbed back into his truck to use it for the last two big cans. Pulling up on both like the cans themselves just threatened him. He used the mechanical arm like he was defending himself from the trash talking cans and squeezed each ones lid almost off as they were dumped slamming each one into the sidewalk and allowing them to fall over dead with the rest of my cans. He then left what looks like a crime scene and continued on but not acting out of control any more and didn't tip over another can on my whole block. It was absolutely disgraceful to watch and unnecessary. I pay for a service and expect the same service as everyone else has without being singled out with this company's employer that had a momentary lapse of judgment ultimately led to my property being damaged and disrespected. And this isn't the first incident either because about a month ago the same driver just skipped my house all together for no reason leaving me to call and leave a complaint and having them come back to pick up my trash late that evening. This man needs disciplined.

Just put a dent in front fender of my truck because the recycling truck do not put cans back in yards they stick way out in street and if there's oncoming traffic it forced over this is on sunset dr in Indian river estates this is not the first time I've see it happen before now I have to pay out of pocket to fix

My address is 1412 west 13th Avenue. Pine Bluff. I have left 4 messages with Ashley the clerk regarding my garbage being missed on Thursday. I sat it out on wed nite. I called on 12/12 & advised that my garbage bin had not been picked time was @ 3:00 PM called again @ 4:00 & asked 2 speak with a supervisor I was advised no sup available. Talked with Ashley again & was told that drivers were still.out but would submit a MIS PICKUP. DIDNT GET PICKUP ON SCHEDULED DAY. SO I CALL @ 8:00 NEXT DAY 12/12 WAS TOLD AGAIN WILL SUBMIT MIS PICKUP. I CALLED BACK @ 3:30 and was told again will submit pickup. ITS 6:00.0N FRI no pick up. AND MY GARBAGE IS STILL ON THE Curve. I am very disappointed that I have a over looked pick up & bin is full. It will probably be next Thursday my regular day. I need my garbage pickup as a extra service. Bcas this is not my fault. I so not have any room in this bin for another week of waste. Thank u.

Your driver on the Cooper's Creek Charleston WV route on Tuesday November 8th blocked the one lane road and wouldn't pull off the road three feet so I could pass. He was extremely belligerent and rude. There was no where for me to pull off the road to let them pass. I ended up leaving my vehicle in the middle of the road and walking back to Hamilton Farms for help. Your driver was very aggressive and I didn't feel safe. When I returned to my car they were gone and I could continue down the road. This is a difficult stretch of road because it's one lane and there are only two places to pull over. I have a compact car and can't pull into these spots but your trucks can. Your driver could have pulled over for me, he just chose not to. Everyone on this road is always considerate except for the Waste Management Drivers. They are without a doubt the rudest people on the road

I live on a private road and wm trucks come down to my house to turn around they are causing a lot of damage to the road that I paid to have fixed. There is only one person on the road that has waste management. I called to see if the company would fix the damage they are causing. They won't. Apparently I have no recourse. Nice to know that the garbage companies can get away with damaging other peoples property. In the old days they just murdered people who stood up to them. Waste management is an unscrupulous bully, esp the route manager named carlos-- nasty nasty nasty

Try and get someone to answer the phone! Never! I'm sick and tired of it! This is the 4th time they haven't picked up from my neighborhood in 6 months. I'm disgusted and will look at taking my business elsewhere! So much for undercover boss and looking like such a phoney hero! How about servicing ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS, even those not on camera!

Don't bother calling Customer Service unless you enjoy being lied to. I called a WM call center in Illinois on a Saturday, three days after a failed pickup. I was assured that a truck would be out that day but to call if none had shown up by 5:00 p.m. Of course, all offices were closed when I called back. If you are ever told this, get a confirmation number.

I have never associated with such an arrogant company as Waste Management! After 3 years my rate went from $65 to $105 per month...the increase was mostly fuel surcharge. I called 2 local companies and both were at the same $65 rate and guaranteed no increase for two years. Now the problem...even though I call and cancelled my contract three times...sent 4 emails...sent 2 certified letters telling them to remove their dumpster from my business...they have not responded other than to tell me that I cannot cancel my contract. I just sent them a certified letter telling them that I was now charging them a storage fee per day until they remove their container from my property. Next step will be my attorney.

Truck number 2208 blue waste management truck, the guy driving it motivated and damn moving fast my three year old son said to me this morning he a hard worker daddy I said yes he is and he moving fast and earning his pay just wanted too share my thoughts great service awsome driver........I seen guys move but not like this guy he needs a raise or he moving like he just got one.

very displeased with waste management! this company comes into a new area monopolizes and then thinks its ok to charge and do what they please. customer service is horrible never willing to help resolve any issues along with their fleet always dirty and suffer from what is obviously poor maintenance practices leaking hydraulic fluid(oil)up and down the street this from a company that promotes themselves as a leader in being green. either this company is in need of new leadership so they can clean themselves up or they need to get out of the way to make room for a company that can do a better job!! believe me it wouldn't be hard.

Very disappointed at the fact that for the holidays the guys are suppose to come to pick the garbage up in the Berwyn area a day late which for me they should of picked it up on Thursday but never did. I called the customer service number on 12/28/2012 and they said someone would be out that night or Saturday morning and again they never showed up. I have a lot of garbage from Christmas I still need to throw out and can't because waste management failed to pick up the garbage like there suppose to. And of I leave the garbage outside of the garbage cans they will not pick it up and will give us a nice fine for leaving out there. We are in a lose lose situation and it is ridiculous. And I'm not about to call and pay someone to come pick up our trash cause waste management is failing to there jobs.

Very disappointed and finally angry enough to stop service after MANY years. Yard waste was left by curb after two holidays and one regular weekend. Didn't wait for further lack of service---stopped service immediately. Got tired of talking to machines and answering services with no results. Switched to a local company with same service at less than half the price and real human beings to answer the phone.

I live at 1317 160th Street in St. Croix Falls WI. Tuesdays are my normal pickup day. Again I walked down to the end of the driveway to bring my empty cans back up to the house and I find the cans are still full. This is not the first time this has happened, and the last time I called the first questions was "when did you put the cans down there"? When my response was "the night before" then they had to find a new excuse. Next was " you can put an extra bag down next week with no charge". When my response was " I want a credit" as I had been told before that driving to pick up the garbage is the major portion of the bill, then they decided they would pick up the garbage the next day. I am tired of walking down there to find the garbage was not picked up.
