Hello! I'm not sure if this is the right place or not, so please email me and let me know where to go if not. We just barely bought the VTech Gallop & Rock Learning Pony. We love it but don't have the screws for it, so the legs keep falling off. Could we possibly get some sent to us? Please email me for address. Thanks!

I have tried to contact the VTech Toys Customer Service by email, phone and through Return and Refund page but haven't received any success.
I appreciate if you could send me the two printable forms for RMA to be included with the return of the incorrect little mouse, as soon as possible. Thanks.
