I have owned three Tanaka grass trimmers & a backpack blower for the last 12 years. However since I purchased them your parts has become increasingly hard to find and I have had to wait up to three months for back ordered parts. Your dealers such as Bob Ladds Inc. in Memphis, TN & Millers Hardware in Flippin, Ar who we previously purchased our trimmers, blower and parts from no longer handle the Tanaka appliances or parts & service. We have found that you no longer have any other dealers in these areas. Please be advised that I really liked your Tanaka appliances but I will no longer purchase them now or in the future due to the difficulty in obtaining repair parts & service. I just spent a whole day trying to find both ignition coils for my TBL 505 backpack blower. I would have had to trash my TBL 505 backpack blower had I not been able to do my own repair work since you don't have any qualified dealers in the Memphs area. Trying to find the coils on line also proved to be difficult. However; I was finally able to find one set after hours of online research. It only takes one bad part to keep an appliance from running to do or finish a job. I sincerely hope that you will resolve this problem in the near future.
