I wanted to order ink for my printer from Staples because my local store closed. I called and placed an order. The person on the phone did not take my credit card info because they said "someone" would call back to get that information. Still waiting for the call. This is silly.

Months ago, I was overcharged about $21 on a sale. Unfortunately, I had lost the receipt so could not stop back for a refund.

This is the second time in the last week I have been at your Somerville, NJ store and been ...appalled at the level of service, I and others received. ARE YOU CLOSING THIS STORE??
On 2/1 I, and others waited on line for probably 12-15 minutes at this location. (The line was backed up to aisle 4!)

There were two registers open.. One young man could not seem to process a coupon & apparently did not know enough to ask for help. He was attempting to complete the sale for at least 10 minutes, leaving only one person to process a growing line of grumbling customers.

When I got to the register I asked where the store manager was. I was told that "She's right there." I turned & observed a woman who was throwing small boxes (ink?) into a shopping cart.
The endless line was a few feet away from her. Why did she not drop what she was doing and open a register OR help the counter person who couldn't apply coupons to a sale???

The other day I was at the same store to purchase boxes & asked why the box that was in a 99 cent bin wasn't 99 cents. Someone came out front the back for a price check -- another woman. She LAUGHED and rolled her eyes and LEFT. She checked nothing. Apparently she was unaware that her company was closing out certain box sizes at 99 cents.

What kind of BATTITUDE do the employees have at this location?? I will only go back here if I absolutely must and will check out Office Max to see if they have better management and comparable supplies.

I've been a long time shopper at Staples, and while my departure will not be of consequence to your bottom line, I feel other people, at least at this store, will find other options for their supplies as well.

SHAME ON THIS MANAGER. TERRIBLE CULTURE AT THIS STORE. SHAME ON STAPLES!

went to get the omnitech 14 sheet cross-cut shredder for $34.99 AFTER EASY REBATES (75.00 INSTANT SAVINGS-20.00 EASY REBATE=$34.99 it was advertised in your ad for January 18-24,2015. The store had none and said they haven.t had any for years. Asked for a substitute and was told no, No rainchecks as the law says you don't have to give them, only for food. This is not the first time Staples advertises and doesn.t have the item available. Your reputation and existence depends on customers and they should all be satisfied customers, unlike me.

Store # 1199 Lake park, FL 33403. December 22, 2014
Store Manager named " Tangie " was extremely rude, to me and and her Sales Associate
when she was asked to approve a transaction. Tangee told me not to complain
"as she handled the approval". Tangee was very disturbed and said she was " too busy " to deal with other things!

Staples is excluding most Veterans from this week's discount! You have to be active duty, reservist, retired or disabled. What about all the honorably discharged veterans? (which include the Navy seals who killed BinLaden). I'm glad Golden Corral thinks more of us then Staples does!

I bought a laptop from the store at Weston Road and 401 and I must say the customer service was the best I've come across in a long time. The salespersons were very courteous and helpful. They did not try to sell me a computer just for the sake of a sale. They listened to what I wanted and gave good suggestions. Not to mention the technician who set up my computer. Very knowledgeable and approachable. He did an amazing job in making the computer user friendly. I just took my computer home turned the power button on and I was on my way. I was very impressed. Keep up the good work Staples.

I recently needed a coiled binding for a presentation. I needed it right now. I went to the Staples in Rockwall, Texas off I-30 and Ridge Road, Tuesday, September 23 about 11:00 a.m. The sales associate on duty at the copy/print/project center took care of me right away taking great care with my documents. My compliments for a good job, well done. Thank you. Not only that, but it was half the cost I thought it was going to be!

I would like to compliment your clerks/techs. they are always pleasant and helpful and knowledgeable. Your tech people are always so good to one who doesn't really know what she (I) is doing, and can fix all my problems and answer my questions. I would especially like to bring to your attention Lisa Ragueneau, supervisor. She can tell when I am wondering around that I need some help. I valaue her recommendations and appreciate her experience and knowledge, as well, of course, her vaery pleasant manner.

Brought print to be dry-mounted. Worker not qualified for this task. Glue all over print face and bubbles all over. Wasn't charged for dry-mount, but what good is this print to me now. New print on e-bay is $35.00 with shipping. Manager should have offered to replace. Now I'll be out for another print for Staples error.

Hi- Staff was great and helpful at store # 0090. However, I was sent to get my Mom her printer ink to use the coupon by its expiration date only to find out it was an online coupon; Very annoying and purchased item because I was there and it was needed but left store beyond disgruntled. I got home and wanted to vent so looked for contact info and on the receipt another coupon, but for use in store only! Really- and no profanity can be used? The creative marketing ploy is sending me to your competition.

On Saturday, 12 April, I came to your Jefferson Rd. store in Henrietta for the express purpose of purchasing a desk chair. Several comments regarding my visit:
Very few if any of the demonstration models worked.
While searching for an associate for some questions, one was located conversing with another associate who just walked away from offering any assistance with the discussion.
When the first associate realized she did not know the answers, she summoned the other employee who almost begrudgingly did come to the chair location but again did not seem
to know much more or really cared if he did.
Finally we just left and the comments of indifference with the employees was a matter of discussion Certainly very untypical of what Staples should be. I am certain Staples lost three previous customers.
And oh yes. We went to a competitor with a 110% different attitude to the customer and purchased a chair,

Jeff Phillips is the man. He is a great tech and a valuable asset to your Collegeville Store. He listens, answers my questions and fixed my computer problems.

I live closer to your East Norton and Montgomeryville stores but they don't have Jeff. I will drive further so Jeff can fix on my computer problems.

He sold me on your "Peace of Mind" program and I am so grateful he did.

Henry Stern. Brought in my Dell Laptop for repair. After almost 2 month of waiting still no results. even after I have paid $369.99 in advance. Not knowing of who gets to read this I wont go into the whole story. Manager of the store here in Ocala is very un-cooperate and so far has been able to string me along for the last six weeks.

I had to write about a wonderful employee at the Oakland, NJ store. Her name is Lauren and she works as a Copy and Print Associate. All I can say is any company would be lucky to have Lauren working for them. She was so helpful, and so positive, going above and beyond. She would be great to clone as we need more people like Lauren. Made my copying job so much easier with her there, and even fun, as she has a winning and upbeat personality. Love the Oakland Staples!

I wish to compliment two employees at your Oceanside, NY store. Chris Fountain and Matt Stingone provided patient and professional help with setting up a wireless connection for the new HP desktop I had purchased at your store. Their suggested solution was unknown to me and it worked perfectly.

Rocky Petty, a Tech Sales Supervisor works at the Naples, FL store. A few days prior to X-Mas, he was something to watch wait on the inpatient customers! I was impressed with his calm, helpful attitude toward me and the other customers waiting their turn to ask him questions or needed his expertise advice. Rocky went beyond this for me. He took the time to provide me with extra service while remaining considerate to waiting customers. He would attempt to fix the laptop that I had purchased from this store several years ago when there were no customers awaiting him. Instead of me having to pay a shop fee for computer repair as well as do without the computer for several days, he took the time and fixed it! I have attempted to call the President's several times but could not leave voice message as box was full. It is a shame that outstanding employees can not get immediate rewards for their outstanding customer service but at least I have taken the time to do my part and hope that whoever reads this will see that Rocky is acknowledged for his ability to keep his "cool" during stressful work days and for his expertise of Staples' merchandise. His personality and intelligence was a "blessing" to me during the holiday season. Ann Gorski

We recently purchased a computer and printer from Staples (Store 203) in Clearwater, FL. Robert provided excellent information about the available products and was also the person who set up our new computer in our home. He was VERY knowledgeable about computers and we could easily follow his instructions regarding the new software. He did an excellent job and we would not be 'up and running' without his expertise.

I contacted your customer service twice in the same day and waited over 15 minutes per phonecall and never was able to talk to a person; however,I was able to enjoy the music while waiting.
