Our non-profit Veterans museum is trying to add digital storage of our papers, pictures etc. We need to get new/new to us computers to do this as well as a system that will allow networking
Does Staples have any kind of grant programs to which we might apply for funding for computers.?

A HUGE thank you to your Service Rep KAILEY at the Staples in Calgary on 12St and 9Ave SW.
I was trying to scan some documents and I'm not well and couldn't figure out how to use the self serve. She helped me several times, and was so knowledgeable and so helpful and SO patient. She is a diamond. I'm going to order delivery from you, instead of another office supply, from now on.

Well David from OHIO liquidated your Cranberry, Pa. route 322 store last year but not with out the help of Donald J. Burkett, his daughter Sharon and her now husband Scott Russell. Sharon and Scott got paid but Donald never got paid for the wooden pallets he supplied nor the u haul truck used and paid for by Donald to do the job. David got both experience and other assistance or he would not have been done in weeks.The check out counters as well as many others are still sitting in the way at Donald's farm. Donald owned and operated J J trash/cleanout company and first liquidated Montgomery wards stores years ago. It is a woman that new about it in corporate head quarters that Donald assisted Dave or it would not have gotten done. There has never been a complaint against J J trash/ cleanout in about 30 years. Is that why they were not used locally instead of Dave of Ohio??? Well if we are not good enough to do the jobs in. Pennsylvania than we are not shopping in your stores nor on line

My wife just returned from your flemington, nj (reaville Ave) store upset with the treatment she received while shopping. The manager on duty around 5pm was completely rude and short with her as she asked questions regarding merchandise and rebates. My wife and I are loyal customers and shop there frequently. I don't understand why a manager would treat a customer so inappropriately. He needs to be retrained immediately or not be in retail. I am NOT happy with this event and will be accompanying my wife to the store, unless we decide to go to Office Max from now on, and we shall see if he is rude again. I don't believe he will be that obnoxious with me there!!! I expect resolution soon or you will be losing good customers and will definitely get this out in social media in a big way if not.

Ordered online and laptop was to be ready in an hour. The order was not ready and I was told they hadn't processed the payment yet. Was given the generic phone number to call. Save yourself some time and ask for the credit department right away. The credit department had to call the store manager to make special arrangements because even though there are 7 in stock they want to ship my order to the store for pickup tomorrow. ??? I was on the phone a minimum of 45 minutes. I would suggest not placing your order on line for pickup same day.

I went to your store at 23 mile & Gratiot in chesterfield township with a coupon for paper priced at $14.99 for 10reams. The employee said they were all out and could get a rain check, but for 19.99. This was 10 miles drive for nothing, I received it on my iPad that day and you were all out. You should have stock on hand when you run a sale. You will not get any more business from me , always out of stock on sale items.. Thanks for nothing.

Your website says 24 seven customer service, that is incorrect I called about 1205 and no one was there and said you close at 11 PM. I am very unsatisfied with this. I spent a long time looking for purchases on your website approximately an hour and a half and when I called to find out you were close when you do say you're 24 seven I was very upset. Please contact me ASAP .

I was never so discussed as I was I Bismarck N.D. first no one came to ask if I needed help, they knew nothing about the products they asked someone else who also didn't know anything about the product, most of the workers were standing around do nothing. I have always bought my computer products there but no more. They sold me a product I don't need because it cheaper than what I needed,From now it will be a different electronic store. You could just as well close the store because they know nothing. I knew more than they did and I know very little about electronic. You better check your employees and store out because they were better at one time.

11/28---1/28 2/months and no easy rebate. There is no real tracking, no human to talk with and live chat doesn't answer. Your rebate system has used my $40.00 multiply that by the thousands of others in the same boat and Staples is making lots of $$$$ on interest. I will never never buy a product from them again that has a rebate.

Kent Washington store started hiring delivery service company instead of their own. All I can say service is horrible- the drivers will not deliver paper up to the 2nd floor. "its not their job" they do not pick up used ink cartages anymore.
we have call and complained so many times and it goes not where.
Sad to see such a nice company hit the bricks of customer service

I called and wanted to talk to a person as I had a question. After 10 minutes of recordings and pushing various buttons I gave up. I called another number. I did talk to a lady who was going to trasnsfer me to who I needed to talk to. She transferred me right back to the same recordings I had been listenting to. Maybe it is because I am an old timer but I don't want to spend long amounts of time pushing buttons trying to talk to someone.

I brought two I phones paid 600$. Went back to the store for help with the phone and they were so rude I didn't believe how you could sell phones and not willing to help. There names were Marv and Rudy.

I will no longer be shopping Staples, cannot shop in the stores do to health issues and have to use the internet site, but that has gotten so impossible to check out on and no one to alert they chase you around with number to call after number and not one person can help one. It is sad but true they are sliding down with these antics they currently are using. You cannot get help from anyone, including the corporate office.... they no longer are customer friendly and I can go elsewhere, so you are losing another customer to say the least.

I went into the staples in Mt Vernon at 275 Sanford Blvd and pick up a desk and other items to purchase. There was a sign that says the desk was 44.99 but upon scanning the item it came up to 79.99. The cashier (Ebony) stated c that she couldn't do anything to help me since the sign was for a different item. I asked her to consult with a manager since the desk was very heavy abd chances of a customer placing it where it was was slim. The manager (Samantha) didn't even bother to come over to the register and sent the cashier back to say she could not help me. I then asked for her to come over to talk to me. She then came and stated the same reason as the cashier and proceeded to walk away. I was very calm in stain that I understood what she had said but maybe she could at least give me a discount on the desk since I lugged it up front to b purchase it because of the price. I am a manager for Buy Buy Baby and we do all that we can within reason to help our customers who have been inconvenienced at no fault of their own. Upon my insistence she looked it up on line and give me 20 off. Please understand I was very calm but was not being treated like a value customer which is what I have learned to do over the years in my position. Samantha should have come to the register when the cashier went to her to address the situation instead of trying to dismiss me.

I had purchased an Epson Ink Package for almost $100. Within two days my Epson 700 stopped working. I had already spend $50 to have it repaired. You can imagine my frustration. I called the Staples Store in Temecula on Highway 79 and spoke to Kristen. She was pretty sure that I could get a refund on the ink. I told her that I would purchase a printer then at her store. When I arrived at the store I talked to the manager, Thomas, and he was very understanding. He refunded the ink price and I did purchase a new Epson E-620 on the spot. This is why I shop at Staples and not Office Depot. I purchased a wireless mouse that did not work well and they would not exchange it because I had it longer than 14 days. It was a terrible product for 14 days and 21 days. They would not help me. I will never step foot in a Office Depot again. I'm sold on Staples.

Went into staples in Santa fe, zafarano location, on Saturday September 12 to get photos enlarged. Woman behind counter said "we don't do that" . So, I left. Discussed the incident with a few people. Found out. THAT WAS NOT TRUE. So, went back on Monday September 14 at around noon. Explained what happened to the guy behind the counter and before I could even get the whole story out, he called me a racist. And a liar, basically. He said there was no way I could have been there on Saturday. Needless to say I was shocked and asked him if he even knew what a racist was. He began trying to argue with me and became hostile and belligerent and was literally barking out prices at me and said "can YOU afford that". It was very insulting. After the 2 copies were made and paid for I decided to seek out a manager. Only found someone called a department leader or something and he said there was no manager in the store that day and to come back another day. He to was rude and did not care about the abuse I just endured and simply said "to bad you feel that way" . Don't know how these people get their jobs and why they are allowed to mistreat people for no reason. In fact I feel I was discriminated against. Will definitely be telling every person I know about this, and I know a lot of people.

I tried to take your survey but every time I put in my # it would not accept because it says 16 # and my survey # was 19 number long what good is feed back if you can't give it. I was very upset that the cashier kept one of my bags and I have to go back later to pick it up . What good is asking if you have the correct phone number on file when you don't use it to call the person to come back before they are at home.

Went to pick up two laptops ordered online in store this afternoon and was told that they had just come in and still needed the anti virus software installed after I had recieved a confirmation they were ready. My salesperson said it would take about an hour to have them ready so I ran some other errands in the mean time. Went back and received the worst customer service from Marion who told me they had just come in and of course they wouldn't be ready yet. She didn't bother to even ask who I had talked to earlier or who my salesperson was. Just completely blew me off. Went home and had a message that the laptops were ready to be picked up. Location: Haggerty Rd. Walled Lake, MI. Heaven help anyone who has to deal with her. I work in retail and know what good customer service is. I was not being unreasonable, just an inconvenience to her.

I visited the Jacksonville, IL, store yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by a young employee named Javonn Gardner. I had looked around the store for an item and couldn't find it. Javonn asked if he could help me, and he surely did! When I explained my issue, he spent the next 15 minutes looking at various options, got on the store computer looking for items, and then took me back to an item I had already seen and explained how it would work. Ah-ha! He was absolutely correct. His helpfulness, concern and mostly patience with my being somewhat techno-challenged was exemplary. He should be commended for doing a great job and being so customer-oriented.

when I finally got to a person, James was great. However Your EASY REBATE site is a joke, there is nothing easy about the site. Getting to a real person took about 45 minutes.

I am at the wyomissing pa and there was a customer service guy called Ben who refused to help out a guy count his money. He told the guy he was too busy to help him but as I watched him he was not doing anything besides talking to other coworkers and having fun. Please understand the man who needed help was a little slow and could not count how much money he had after 20 minutes of trying to count his money finally another store representative came out to help him. This is probably why stables is not really a customer friendly store

Previously I was able to contact Staples by phone to set up my VISA for an IBM discount on some purchases at Staples. I have a new VISA card and want to set the new card number up for my IBM discount at Staples. I called Staples, but was unable to contact someone to set up my new VISA number. I use the Burlington, VT. stores.
Could you give me a phone number to call to get help to set up my new VISA card number?
