On Saturday, 12 April, I came to your Jefferson Rd. store in Henrietta for the express purpose of purchasing a desk chair. Several comments regarding my visit:
Very few if any of the demonstration models worked.
While searching for an associate for some questions, one was located conversing with another associate who just walked away from offering any assistance with the discussion.
When the first associate realized she did not know the answers, she summoned the other employee who almost begrudgingly did come to the chair location but again did not seem
to know much more or really cared if he did.
Finally we just left and the comments of indifference with the employees was a matter of discussion Certainly very untypical of what Staples should be. I am certain Staples lost three previous customers.
And oh yes. We went to a competitor with a 110% different attitude to the customer and purchased a chair,
