I am very displeased with the change to SI subscription and even more with the timing of implementation. My current subscription is valid until 2/20/2020, but the last issue I received was dated Feb 2020 (No day specified). It contained PRE-superbowl coverage Then the superbowl happened, arguably the most newsworthy events in the sports calendar, and no SI was delivered to me. I know an issue was printed (printed 2/4 - Patrick Mahommes on the cover), but I didn't get it. Some folks did get it - I have seen references to it in our local paper. How was it decided WHO would receive that issue?? Theoretically my subscription was still in force at that time. Obviously this issue is one of the annual highlights!
I understand that SI is moving to a monthly format, but on superbowl week? Really??
I did renew my subscription at a good rate, but unless I receive the superbowl coverage issue as well as the March issue, I will cancel despite the deal. I am a long-time subscriber for whatever that's worth.
Along the same 'bad customer service' line, I called SI (at the only number you give) and got a call back 8 days later. They were unable to find my account by account-number, email, or name&address. Why? I'm disappointed and I admit I'll miss the magazine, but I don't want to pay for non-existent service.
I do hope I will receive the issues that I requested and have already paid for.. ;

Not receiving issues on time..have not received this weeks pro football issue.
Had to read it at the library. All my issues arrive a week to ten days late..
When Time Warner owned it had no problems. Charter subscription holder

I have every swimsuit issue dating from 1985. The 2019 issue is a direct insult and lap in the face to the millions of American men
who made you famous. Why an issue of an anti-American protester, a muslim terrorist sympathizer who if she has her way you (the editor) won't have a job, you must be brain dead and others that have no relation to the original concept of a special issue.
I never want your anti-American propaganda in my home again. Please cancel my subscription. Acct number 32750

When I placed a two year sub for a grandson, a Dallas jacket was to be delivered. It was never received. Contacted Cust Service via e-mail several months ago with no response, called customer service and was cut off, called and received msg to call again, they are in training to serve better. I could only hope. If my grandson didn't like the magazine, I would cancel.
I am not pleased with the gimmick to get you to purchase and then not following through with the merchandise. My grandson has asked about the jacket repeatedly.

I read an article this morning about NFL teams deciding individually whether to allow national anthem protests. As a veteran, I will not watch any teams (and their accompanying commercials) which allow these protests.

How can you print an article on the top 50 Major League Baseball players and not include Miguel Cabrera? How can the article be considered a good evaluation?

Why is it taking so long for my son to receive his gift part of the subscription. I.e. the commemorative gifts football, eagles book and jacket? This was a birthday gift since his team won the superbowl. He was very excited to receive the magazine and the gifts. Now I feel completely embarrassed because of how long it's taking.when I called to order the man said 4 weeks. Now I'm being told they have no idea when.

Like so much of the media, you have chosen to go "all-liberal". Essentially, by expressing your liberal viewpoints all of the time, you have told half the country (including me) that you don't care about offending us or appealing to us. When expressing political viewpoints, directly or indirectly, they are inevitably liberal in nature. I don't expect that we can cause you to be bipartisan, or even apolitical, so I simply choose to no longer financially support your publication. After taking SI for many years, I am up for renewal in March. As my own form of protest, I choose to get my sports elsewhere. I will not be renewing my SI subscription.

Hello SI,

will my subscription cost be reduced in '18, when less issues will be sent?

thank you, email address-

To SI, how can you give Colon Kapernack an award. Doesn't your company have any respect for this great country. Obviously not. Since you have taken a stand to honor him, I as many of my friends in our sporting group have decided to ban SI. We will not purchase another copy, or access your site on-line. Several will remove them from your site as well as cancel and not re-new their subscriptions. It's a shame that your company decided to take the low road. I know we're only a few but the few turns to many.

Really person of the year Colin K. I will never purchase your publication again...a vet taking a knee .

How can a respected brand like SI stoop to having Colin K. As a poster boy? You have lost a significant portion of your base. Dumb decision.

Colin K is a joke giving a coward an award for hating this great country. You should be ashamed of yourselves. BTW Cassius Clay was a clown too.

I swore an oath over 50 years ago to defend my country against ALL enemies, foreign and domestic. What a disrespectful act of treason you think deserves to be honored. What has he ever done for anyone but HIMSELF?? He is but a spoiled child being paid millions of dollars to play a child's game. Wait, he's not playing. What has he done to deserve your praise? Does Hillary Clinton have you in her pocket?? SI, you're not worth any of my time to read you or anyone else that is so blatantly anti-veterean and anti American.

Shame on you Sports Illustrated!!!! You should be ashamed of yourself for honoring this Idiot!!! My father, son, and husband all have subscriptions, but they have been cancelled due to the ignorance of this.

I can't find another venue to vent. We used to have a subscription to SL for years. Now we do things digitally. My anger it Colin Kapernack receiving the recognition from SL makes me livid. So the only thing I can do is not to click on your website. Hope that hurts some.

You can take your magazines ,sponsors and colon kapernick and go to hell

Just saw that Sports Illustrated is honoring Kaepernick. Just letting you know that our family has read their last issue of your magazine. We have been giving gift subscriptions to several family members for years and that is now ending. Your disgusting choice of people to honor is a disgrace to your organization. I'm sure we will not be the only ones to opt out of supporting your magazine, as many of us have already stopped supporting the NFL.

Kaepernick - -an award? I've been a customer for a long time, but I've been a Veteran a lot longe. Sorry, you just don't disrespect the flag. Don't send me any more renewal notices as I'm done with SI.

How dare you take an award that means something to sports fans and give to a piece of garbage like Collin kaepernick.
Will never read another sports illustrated magazine again. If I see one at I will throw away.
I donrythink you are smart enough to realize what the public can do to your magazine.
Word of mouth can be the death o& your magazine.
Take a poll see what happens.
You have outraged the AMERICAN people
The best thing you could do is take back the award and apologize to the American public.

I couldn't believe you folks gave the Mohamed Ali award to Colin Kupernick. What an insult to Mohamed Ali's family and fans. Kopernick has been given every break in his life, made millions for being a lousy quarterback and his actions are a disgrace to the country.

I'll never buy another issue of Sports Illustrated again. My sports friends also feel the same way. What is wrong with you people????

No more SI for my family!!!!!
