You guys have to get english speaking people for your customer service lines. I just spent 50 minutes on what should have been a 10 minute call. I must have repeated my address, phone number and email address about 10 times each. The person had no idea what a I was saying. I don't even know if the wrote down the correct information.

I am not going to buy any Sharp products in the future because of your customer service.

I buy automatic washing machine ex805. It's washing wheel is not working. I can changed his wheel. But it's spare parts are not available in Lahore Pakistan. Please help us .I want washing wheel .

Will never buy another sharp product.bought TV end of April 2016 and on sept 28th 2017 it went black never came back on.Called sharp and best buy no help at all.

Teck seemed not to have heard of this problem..when I looked on reviews there was a carbon copy of my problem. She was to connect me to customer relations?? But it took too long to connect. I had prior appointment and will call again tomorrow to try to resolve problem to my satisfaction.

I recently bought a Sharp microwave oven and find it unsatisfactory in many ways. The readout is hard to see. You have to punch down from full power instead of directly putting in the level you want. The turntable rotator is flimsy, won't stay in place and so food often is not rotating. The light does not come on when the door is open and so you have no light in there when cleaning it. Also, there is no setting for warming baked goods. Considering these issues, I would say your engineers need to go back to the drawing board.

We have a sharp tv model number LC-70LE732U it stopped working when power on after period of time there is one quick blink followed by Three study brinks no picture no sound nothing. Please help thank you Peggy

I am finding great difficulty to reach you.

I bought a sharp vacuum cleaner from Bahrain agent 2 months ago. on the first day we found out that the machine give electric shock on the body. so we took the brand new machine to service center in Bahrain. it took more than a month for sharp Service Centre in Bahrain to accept responsibility.

Mr. Joyl, manager service Centre in Bahrain communicated with head office about the problem. According to Mr. Joyl,the head office replied accepting the case but didn't provide solution.



Mr. Joyl suggested to replace the machine with a new one.

we took the new machine home to find out that it has the same problem. when called Mr. Joyl again, he refused to accept the machine back and suggested we contact head office.



we called Mr. Kumar, Manager of Bahrain office, accepted the case but he said that he has no authority to deal with such cases, and suggested to contact Mr. Robin on tel.

I tried to call Mr. Robin several times and left messages for him to call me, without success.

I have the machine which I cannot use because it gives electric shock. I paid for something that I can never use. this only give doubt about quality assurance system for a popular brand like Sharp???????

I purchased a Sharp microwave oven. After 8 months is started sparking causing a fire hazard. Customer Service keeps giving me the run around and each customer service rep gives me a different story. One said - send photos and we will replace it. Another said since it sparked, I am being penalized for "improper use" because bacon should not be cooked in their units. When I called back hearing that nonsense, they apologized and promised to ship a new unit on April 9. I called back this morning, and they never shipped the unit. They need something in writing to DEMAND RESOLUTION. I called Sharp HQ asking for the person responsible for oversight of returns in Mahwah and they haven't called back either. Not too interested in customer service and poor communication within the company.

I have never experienced such bad service. I bought a new Sharp microwave drawer, which within a month smoked and stopped working. I have called numerous times and after prmises of calls back, have heard nothing. It seems impossible to enforce the warranty. I will never buy another Sharp product again and will caution everyone I know about their poor management and service.

Your customer service is a joke put us through 10 minuts of menus then cut off every single time no matter which one you chose. My TV broke after 1 yr of purchase . I will not recommend buying product. It is a disappointment. .

Worse customer service ever August 16 recieved my sharp microwave installed over the range the 18th went smoking and smelled like wire burning August 22 the 23 of August Homedepot tells me I have to go to sharp because I bought it on line. Customer serve sent claim to safety who kept telling someone would call never I called them every two or three days. They send a guy to look at it and take pictures September 3. He told me he was not here for repairs! The transformer and magnetron
are shot. i wanted a replacement this thing has not been my house for a month and only 4 days. Almost set my house on fire. This very arrogant women replaced the nice guy and said no refunds or replace me until we do the repair option. This was the first time I even spoke to this lady! She was so arrogant that I did curse her (out of character for me) and hung up. This is not customer service not once did they call me, how dare abuse customers like they did. I am now going back to home Depot and the local consumer agency and filing a complained. It only worked four days!

my name is Gabriel kamal . alexandria egypt ... bad customer service ...i had the ac unit since 13 th of april 2013 which is 1.5 horse power only cooling without plasma . i had a problem that it stopped working since 2 weeks and i called the hot number of el- araby (19319).. after about 5 days a technitian talked to me on the phone telling that he will come to change the motor of the internal unit and this was the first visit and he came and changed the internal unit motor and yet the device didnt work ... so he told me that a main board in the device is needed to be changed so after a couple of days he came back with another unit (after missing a date he gave me) and after he changed the board the ac didnt work too ... so he phoned his engeneer and then he told me that the motor that was put isnt working and we need another one that will take a week to come from cairo ... i talked to the customer service hot number back and told them about the problem and after 2 days i had a phone call asking me about the time they can come to fix it ... and it was prepared to be today 1 st of september 2014 at 2 pm and after waiting long he didnt come so i talked to them by phone and they told me that he will come at 8 pm and its now 9 pm and nothing happened .... and my ac is still not working ... so i m raising this ticket for u to help me in this mess .... we love sharp products ... i have another device in my clinic ... so pls dont let bad customer servic destroy this .... thank u

some crazy sharp brand la ni .. This time the second've broken washing machine .. this shirt already soaked with water .. already leaked onto the floor .. call cs, answering machine must call the office hour .. like this to u all have quality product? .. i buy n pay cash .. no disposable items 2x times a year rosa
