Worse customer service ever August 16 recieved my sharp microwave installed over the range the 18th went smoking and smelled like wire burning August 22 the 23 of August Homedepot tells me I have to go to sharp because I bought it on line. Customer serve sent claim to safety who kept telling someone would call never I called them every two or three days. They send a guy to look at it and take pictures September 3. He told me he was not here for repairs! The transformer and magnetron
are shot. i wanted a replacement this thing has not been my house for a month and only 4 days. Almost set my house on fire. This very arrogant women replaced the nice guy and said no refunds or replace me until we do the repair option. This was the first time I even spoke to this lady! She was so arrogant that I did curse her (out of character for me) and hung up. This is not customer service not once did they call me, how dare abuse customers like they did. I am now going back to home Depot and the local consumer agency and filing a complained. It only worked four days!
