hello Popeye's we need your help in Port St Lucie Florida one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States the nearest Popeyes to us is 16 miles away in Fort Pierce Florida my family and I and hundreds of friends love Popeye's Foods there are 3 KFC's in the area but only one Popeye's I know if you had a store in Port st. Lucie it would do record business there are two Popeye's in Fort Pierce but none in Port st. Lucie or Stuart to the South please help us my phone number is my name is John procino and I love your product I just do not like driving so far to get it thank you

I recently visited Popeye's located 8654 Natural bridge, I bought the10 piece box,2 large sides and 5 biscuits, then I added 2 extra biscuits, the meal I got the extra biscuits I payed for I didn't, I called in and they just let the phone sat on the counter or what, the order number is 93 and the store number is2467

Yes I put in an application at one of tour locations in Lubbock.Tx and I was hired but only I didn't show up my wife was in a bad wreck and I came in a to tell the manager that I wouldn't b able to Come in due to that.So she said come in tommorw.I said ok only to know. That my wife got worse I couldn't think so I didn't. Go back I was wondering. If I can go back to work mow that she's ok,I didn't have anyone to watch my children during her stay there at the hospital. So you think you give me a call to see if I can go to work for your company.I worked for churchesChickenback in 1990 to 1992.and I loved working for them only I found construction work played a little more Can I go back and work Thank You so much Phillip Valdez

I have always eaten at Popeye's for many years and hope to continue the same if my problem improves. Sunday, May 22, 2106 at 11:00 AM I went into the Popeye's at 2137 Staring Lane, Baton Rouge, LA to get 3 orders to go. There was one other customer leaving the store with a to go order and a few customers were coming through the drive in. One of the workers was sleeping at the table, (head on table) in the front of the store where you place your order and would occasionally say a few words to the workers behind the counter if there was a problem. The person taking my order meant well, but it took quite a while to get my order processed. A few of the workers appeared to be doing a good job, but the bathrooms were very dirty and smelled. When I got home one part of the order was wrong and it was one of the things that I asked the cashier to double check. Go check It out one Sunday Morning.

I stopped into one of your stores on 95th and Martin Luther King Drive in Chicago and asked to buy the $5 box they refused and said they did not have $5 boxes. It was obvious that Popeyes they had to chicken coleslaw fries everything there they just refused to sell them at the advertised price even though it was posted in the windows they said I can buy any other chicken but they will not sell it to me at $5 and that is why I'm registering a complaint and I'm going to file with the Better Business Bureau for fraud thank you

ya need to start making your employees wear hair nets or something on there head went and purchase a $5.00 box of chicken on university dr in hammond la went to eat it and had a long black hair in the chicken breast call them they said to bring it back and they would give me another piece, neither to say i through it away " who wants another piece after you find a hair in your food" if you need to ask me abou

I went to popeye at Orange blossom trail in Orlando that manager Johnson tracy is the worst unprofessional nasty attitude ever I'm kept going there until something is done about them too

30 MAR 2016 @ 19:56, Store #10520 in Victorville, CA.

I ordered several items which were: 1 (11) pcs (strips) H/H meal which includes the (2) Lg sides & (6) Biscuits which I did received for $14.95, but was charged $24.99, (A little high which doesn't add up). Then I also ordered the following items to be added to my order: (1) Red Beans & Rice (small) for $2.19, and (4) Apple Pie's for total of $3.98. The problem is that the last 2-items I didn't receive them, since my order was to go, and I was already running late to work, I just grabbed the bag, said thank you and left. But once I got to work that's when I noticed that my order which I payed a total of $33.65 for items that I never got.

Since I have been a loyal customer of this Popeye's for several years and this is the first time that this has happened to me, I am willing to look at this issue as an honest mistake, but I still want to get my money back or get the items that I didn't receive. I will go back to that store tomorrow morning, let's see what happens from there, and yes I have my receipt.

I visited the Popeye's store in Tacoma WA (#10500)on 3/17, around 6PM and got a 8 piece combo spicy meal. After getting home and my wife opening the box, she informed me that the chicken look over cook and dry. Ate a leg and it was nasty.

Waited until the next morning to return the chicken, minus one, and spoke with the shift Manager, Sara. She look at the food, called her district manager, and was kind to replace the full 8 piece box. Sara was very accommodating and gave great customer service. To the night shift manager who was on duty on 3/17 around 6PM, shame on you for allowing such a product in the state that my chicken was in to leave the store.

Went to the store on 6th Ave, in Tacoma,WA, on 3/17, to pick up a 8pic Comb. After getting home and reviewing the food, it was brought to my attention,by my wife, that the chicken was not eatable, ( dry, hard, and bunt). Place the box in the fridge, and took it back to the store the next day on the (18th.

The shift manager for that day was a black women, named SARA. She spoke to her Region/District manager about return food, and replace the 8pic box with a new one.

I post this information to say that as we go along, customer service, overall,sucks, across America. Upper Management is only interested in the bottom line and keeping Their jobs.
It was a pleasure to encounter a manager, Sara, store 10500/ #201, that is able to at least come , contact upper management, to get guidance on how to deal with this issue that came up.
Sara was very professional and the "day" shift manager, at the Popeye on 6th Ave, in Tacoma WA. She was great. Sara took the time to explain the company policy, how long it would take to cook up another 8 pic, and was very customer focus.

Is March 20th I just recently visited your Panola Road Popeye's Chicken it's too much black not that I would say that is too many blacks in the store they aren't run it professionally you have customers waiting in the lobby they're too busy running their mouth talking about nothing.take care of your customers first it's always a line but they don't take care of the customers if you see a line take care of your customers orders.I have bend in customer service over 19 years that not professional what I saw in the store I know you or make money because the KFC isn't open your customer service is bad but I love you chicken. Let's see if we can get a better attitude or professionalism in the store that's all I'm asking. KFC will reopen so who will I choose just ask your managers to be more professional.The money looks good now.See if your bottom line change when competition comes back. Maybe I'm too old school I love to see a store run good. Thanks Claud

The cedar Park location has nothing but a bunch of incopanatant workers that has no idea what the hell is going. It took twenty minutes to get our food through the drive through.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my entire life at the Deerfield Beach Florida Popeyes I have looked all over for a corporate headquarters number because corporate should have someone on a plane flying to this location immediately if they care anything about their brand. Never ever witnessed the type of customer service rendered to customers ever in my life very very bad.

Moms 93rd birthday February 18. Her party Saturday February 20. Stopped by Popeyes located Wilkens Township, Pennsylvania to purchase 8 piece meal with red beans and rice though drive thru. Went directly home 10 minutes later. Party started. Opened chicken. I was livid. Skin dried up on chicken. Chicken under skin dried up. Call store to speak with manager. Someone yot on the phone not professional at all. Did not provide name but told me to return food to store and hung up on me. They did not ask for my name. Nor did they apologize for inconvenience. I am livid to say the least. I want a full refund $18.18 what I paid. This particular location is under new management and no better service or food quality than last establishment. I will not purchase food there ever again. Very embarrassing situation. Telephone

Very, very rude. asked to speak to a manager. I was told the Manager would not talk to me.
He was doing paperwork. I left with out placing and order. went to chic fillet across the street. history of popeyes Joplin...they went out of business..Why..because Manager was to busy doing paperwork to take care of cash customer.
I hate to see you go....again.
