I purchased 3 pc. wing w/biscuit on 01/19/2024; the wings were tiny, hard and cold. The biscuit was cold, flat and dry. I paid $5.29 for this order. The location was Store 12524, 34275 Ford Rd., Westland, MI. I mispaced my receipt. On 01/29/2024, I attempted once again to place an order. I ordered a chicken breast w/biscuit. The breast was tiny, the biscuit was flat,cold and dry. I love Popeye's menu and never had an issue with food until now. I tried to go on the computer to enter the Popeye Survey. For some reason, the info I enter comes up as "error". I have tried several times to enter the info on my receipt and it does not work. I called the Popeyes' restaurant and spoke to the manager bit she could give me no information. I have enjoyed Popeye's menu for years and I hate to stop patronizing the restaurant. These two incidents were at the same restaurant.

After several attempts to make a catering order online failed, i went to the store on Broadway in Baltimore MD and attempted to place the same order. I was told that they do not honor what is online and the price was different. I even showed her that 75 pieces were $99 online but she insisted that the price was $159. i paid it because the event was about to start. They would not answer the phone and when i called the complaint number it stuck me in a loop. I really want to know if your company will justify this problem.

I visited a store for food after I saw the size of large order I decided to refund it manager said she had to refund entire receipt and the re ring the order I paid with my cc she said the money 22.97 would go back on my card she gave me a receipt showing she refunded my money but yet I still haven't received it she told me to wait but how long been 8days now this happened on 2/21/23 been back 3 times mngr says she can't help me so how do I get my money back

Each time i go to Popeyes in Binghamton New York u are out of something.'
The store is filthy dirty when was the last time it got a good cleaning
Associates were stuffy looking and unfriendly acted as though it was a chore to be there
My fries were soggy, flounder was cooked in old grease and tasted nasty
Todays visit will be the last time i will come to Popeyes,
Clean up your act or go out of business
Prices are way to high and the food is of VERY POOR QUALITY

Worst order ever! Order nuggets; looks and feels like fried crumbs after chicken removed from bin/tray. The pieces are hard and non-edible! Nuggets extremely over-priced to receive "garbage" pieces.

I purchased a meal from this restaurant on 8/1/2022.
The chicken was of poor quality and I believe that it was spicy instead of mild because it was tangy & darker then the original that I had received a the 5 times I visited Popeyes in July 2022. Up until this visit the quality was usually great.

My complain was originally with the chicken of which I returned for replacement. However now I also have a complaint with the manager whom was unprofessional in my opinion. When I explained my complaints he proceeded to break open the chicken I. Guess to convince me that I didn't have spicy chicken and if it wasn't then it was burned because the chicken was rather dark which is my original second complaint that the quality was terrible. After both our back and forth banter I ended up saying to him we will just have to agree to disagree.
He did replace the 7 pieces of chicken I brought back but with the wrong pieces. I wanted the extract pieces I brought back. I didn't notice until I had gotten home. In addition instead of him replacing all 5 of my biscuits and giving me a large fry like I had gotten with the meal he gave me a small fry.
Consequently, I like to be compensated for my time wasted return to the store with some Popeyes gift cards. Also I'd like it expressed to this manager that logic is important. And since I brought back the chicken obviously I wasn't happy with what I received. Therefore it was a waste of time my time for him to break apart the chicken I brought back to the restaurant at the counter and to debate with me.

I order through your app on Sunday. I went to pick up my order and the restaurant said they didn't have it. So, here's the problem...the customer service I received was HORRIBLE! I was told that can't get a refund nor the food in a very rude manner after waiting more than 15 minutes. So, I had to pay for it twice. I left there paying for my food twice. I wasn't even offer a drink for my inconvenience. The second issue is customer service I received from your corporate, I was told rudely that it would take 7 days to receive my money. I spent almost $70 a damn 14 piece meal. I want my damn money!! It's been almost 3 weeks!

I purchased a meal at 814 E Cervantes Pensacola Florida Popeyes location 5/23/21 at 949pm order number 867. The order was totally wrong I got home and the chicken was over cooked and had a burned taste. After all the waiting what a major let down and the customer service level has declined

Today was the first time I had a chicken sandwich .I went to the one on martini Luther king highway in Palmer park Maryland I will never go there again it was hard they cooked it more than once I had never taste anything like that in my life I was upset I threw it in the tTrash

I have hired an attorney. Now I'm in the process of suing the CEO of the popeyes chain of restaurants.

My husband had a extremely horrible experience @ Rosedale Poppeyes,,on 9/14/19. When he came through the drive through after a really long wait,my husband replied that Poppeyes needs to hire some help.Once he said this a gentleman(who turns out to be the manager on duty)slammed the drive through window in my husband face so hard he could've broke the glass.The manager replied(yelling) you don't work here to suggest Poppeyes need help,SLAMMED the drive through window in customer face.They had my husband money therefore my husband went inside to talk to a manager and to get his money back. This same employee that was aggressive @ the window became violent on the inside. The employees Were all laughing as this manager guy started yelling(nose close)@ my husband saying I'm gonna kick your -ss efff this job,told my husband to let's take this outside". this time another guy came from around the counter(the cook) threatening to beat my husband down too. Both male employees repeatedly mentioned that they did not care about their job,they insisted to beat him and that he would not leave their unharmed. One of the female employees finally gave my husband his money back in the midst of my husband fearing for his life because they did tell my husband I'd kill you and don't care about the job. The male employees made it known that they were from DOC (jail institution). My family does not understand why?! Why did this even transpire in the first place,and if my husband was in any form wrong why did management simply call 911 vs threatening to harm and hurt him.

The popeyes in Livingston used to be the best ever until they lost the manager. We thought maybe it had gotten better do we went tonight. We even tried calling in our order. They apparently those that was funny. The so called manager wanted to meet the person that called in the order which we found to be really rude. After him tyying to fix the order it was still wrong. So we are done with this popeyes.

Worst place I've been to my entire life 4772 pennel road aston PA 19014 bathroom flooded shi_ all over the floor manager was not faced when I told him would get to it later. Restaurant was not busy. Will be calling the health department to shut this place down.

Was at the Popeyes on Garth in Baytown. Was a young man at counter name tag Robert. He was so helpful and patient with our order as I had a handicapped child with us. He took the time and made my son smile. Which made us smile. Fast food needs more workers like this young man who def makes us want to come back to this store. Kuddos popeyes for hiring such a kind worker. And this was in spite of a hateful customer in front of us...whom he still responded nicely to.

The male manager Gary was very rude towards his workers... he yelled at them as if they were not human beings. He really needs some customers service and better management skills if he is going to continue being in management

I visit Popeyes in mccommb ma yesterday I wasn't pleased at all manager sucks they not polite and a women had on khaki pants had a bad altitude I guess she was the Gm she was looking all stupid I got my food food was cold

Trying to find out how to order a turkey but can't get anyone to pick up the phone at a popeyes here in california. Also can't get any help from your main office. And iam still hold on the phone. What bad costumer service.i will have time tell my experience on face book and yelp ext

i visited popeyes for the first time in my life on 1/23/17 was a horrible experience the food was greasy and horrible, i will never visit popeye again.

Went to your store #7106 in peoria, Arizona and had the worst time of placing any order in a fast food chain store. First they were out of your promo of wings, they did not carry your onion rings, and third they forgot to make our order and said it would be another 10 minutes wait time. Finally the supervisor approached and we cancelled are order, but she did not ask why or even suggest this is free for the inconveince of are experience in the store. I've looked after many chain food accounts in Canada via through Sysco Foods and you should be ashamed for this store's attitude dealing with customers.

I visited the Popeye's on Lamar and Airways this evening January 12th I sat in the drive thru line for 5 minutes or longer while the girl at the window spoke to the guy flirting with him and ask him his name and told him she knew his sister and then he wanted free water and I don't know that he ever ordered anything while I sit behind him waiting to place the order for a family meal I drove around to the window and ask her did she plan on taking any orders and she told me she was waiting on the customer as they came to the drive-thru but yet she flirted with him and told him she would give him a cup of water at half-price since she knew his sister so is this to practice at Popeyes that we flirt at the drive-thru window and give people half price drinks while a real paying customers sitting in the back waiting I would like someone to give me an answer on that
