Hello, I have a streamer named bashing me, my name, me as a person, telling everyone I am a man, a b**ch, a piece of sh**. Telling everyone he is going to rip the sh** out of me at every chance he gets. Wrote my ustream name on his stream for everyone to see! I have put in multiple reports but nothing is being done about it. More viewers keep coming in here & he keeps talking bad about me. I thought bullying was not allowed on psn?! 150 plus people in here and rising. I'm very mad that this harrassment & bullying isn't being dealt with.

My account was hacked into last night and the hacker created a sub account and purchased callofduty 4: Modern warfare for $19.99 strait from my account wallet. I have no way to delete the sub account and have been only able to change the password and how much it is able to purchase.

If I had known that mods on ps4 can never be done would have bought Xbox in steed because cheats makes gaming much more fun play more . U know u could sell the mods to games on ps 4 now u make even more money in the mean time u loosening customer cause u refuse to let people have there fun. In the near future I believe PS4 will go bankrupt. Because of no cheats face it cheats make gaming. More fun

grandson continues to try to purchase games for his ps4 and he is still be told the CC does not work. can someone help me out here.?? it worked for 2 months this year now all of a sudden it doesn't??

I was thinking about cutting the cord with cable and signed up for a Vue membership. It buffers horribly and we could not get through 10 minutes before shutting it off. I have since tried different times of the day and with the same horrible results. I am not having any problems with Netflix or Amazon, so this clearly tells me it's not my network. Anything I can try before I cancel my membership?

hello playstation i would like to tell you how MAD i am because your company and other game
console companies mostly make games that are internet only which is a big slap in the face. Dont forget where you come from i dont understand why you make 90% of your games unable to play without a internet connection. i wish someone would fix this problem it really gets me MAD i can not play a decent game without having to use the internet, can you please grow a pair of balls and stop nickle and diming your people. the design of the ps4 is ugly for one and the disc ejecter is the behind 5 years you should be ashamed of yourslef cheating people for not making something you can be proud of. i hate my ps4 and i doslike the people who make these online only games i wish they would just quiet there day job amd go work in dubii

So...grandmother purchases playstation plus for grandson and sets it up at my house...payed for a year BUT no where when I was setting it up did it mention that additional charges apply for some stuff...grandson is 10 and has NO idea that he is charging things...brought grandson home (6 hour drive each way) and receive my visa statement last week...OMG!!!! 6 weeks of charges in the hundreds of dollars. I call just support and first, the man barely speaks english, second, refused to let me speak to a supervisor about charges, third, blamed me for not turning off my credit card, fourth said what do you want me to do about it??? Well, I had many ideas, however he was not understanding me. I had NO IDEA how this worked and I believe there was no info reg this on the set up page. I feel duped, ripped off, laughed at, ridiculed, and basically I feel like this is theft by deception...I haven't been able to make the roundtrip ride there to try to fix this and I haven't had the energy or desire to fight with someone who refuses to transfer me to someone in billing, who speaks english and could possibly care that I have a real problem with this and the lack of proper instructions. Credit card is maxed and I feel like that is so wrong!!!! Not done PS4...I just need a minute to have the following return my calls such as the AG I contacted and consumer affairs division, better business bureau, and AARP before I return the call and pray I can speak to someone who is in a position to not ridicule me, and to try to help me solve the problem....

You all want is money not the entertainment that you promise to your valuable customer those poor kids didnt know how stupid they are continuingbto support you. We buy a game disk then what after we spend a hundred dollar we cant fully enjoy our no your game because we need again another dollar to unlock it damn you a profit diggin business. I know business is profit minded. But Sony Psp vita is terrible
