Been getting kicked of server for 3days now cant finish any games online put in a 20dollar shark card get kicked off now card wont work WTF is this ever gonna get fixed or should I switch consoles

I Had The Unfortunate Experience Of Dealing With The
El Salvador Call Center. Don't Bother It's Terrible. They Are Not Trained And Can't Assist At All. Wait Until The Usa Call Center Is Open.

Your help line doesn't help they have no idea what to do I've called and called and they can't fix my problem this has been going on since before Christmas my controllers don't work and I can't play my game I am very frustrated and angry these so called experts don't know anything they should have be more knowledgeable they should take a listen to Apple customer service they r wonderful your people suck

When it was going undermaintaince I logged out and now it dosent let me sign back in saying it's wrong and now I haven't played in 2 days, I don't want to create another account. pls help me I just wanna play again.

After trying to sign in to PlayStation network after the new year, it told me that I could not sign in as another user when I had no other account made under that email address. It changed my account and wouldn't let me use my original. Instead, there was another account created under another username that gave me a 2 day trial for PlayStation network. I would just like to delete this other randomly made account and continue to play my account that I made and paid for. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

After my twelve month subscription to online, I didn't want it anymore. I assumed that I would have to pay for it all over it again by me doing it, not by you guys just taking money out of my account. How do I cancel the online and get my money back?

I was told by a recent destiny player that he sent a video clip of me lagging. I told him that is was my poor internet because my router is a old one and does not work that well and he started to call me a bad word in a message he sent me. I continued to tell him I wasn't doing it on purpose and still didn't believe me. I am really scared of being banned because Destiny is my favorite game and I love to play it. I don't want to get banned and his friend he was playing with called me more bad names. I told him I was sorry and he also continued to not believe me. I'm just scared that I'm going to be banned and I would be really sad and mad at both the players who called me that and didn't believe me.

PSN is a bunch of robbers took me for 1200 bucks for a hunk of junk. buyer beware can't even have enough money in your wallet to buy some games
