So...grandmother purchases playstation plus for grandson and sets it up at my house...payed for a year BUT no where when I was setting it up did it mention that additional charges apply for some stuff...grandson is 10 and has NO idea that he is charging things...brought grandson home (6 hour drive each way) and receive my visa statement last week...OMG!!!! 6 weeks of charges in the hundreds of dollars. I call just support and first, the man barely speaks english, second, refused to let me speak to a supervisor about charges, third, blamed me for not turning off my credit card, fourth said what do you want me to do about it??? Well, I had many ideas, however he was not understanding me. I had NO IDEA how this worked and I believe there was no info reg this on the set up page. I feel duped, ripped off, laughed at, ridiculed, and basically I feel like this is theft by deception...I haven't been able to make the roundtrip ride there to try to fix this and I haven't had the energy or desire to fight with someone who refuses to transfer me to someone in billing, who speaks english and could possibly care that I have a real problem with this and the lack of proper instructions. Credit card is maxed and I feel like that is so wrong!!!! Not done PS4...I just need a minute to have the following return my calls such as the AG I contacted and consumer affairs division, better business bureau, and AARP before I return the call and pray I can speak to someone who is in a position to not ridicule me, and to try to help me solve the problem....
