How can you forget about good old Oregon Scientific JMR828WF ,

I have used it since 1999 to my greatest satisfaction, actually two of them.
Flawless, scratchless beautiful monstres.
Mowhere can I see it on the Internet, I am amazed. How can it be forgotten. Or am I so old? (In fact I am).

I think it would be to the satisfaction of many if you featured a site showing the photo of all your clocks, weather clocks atomic clocks. It is not such a big job.....

Phone numbers published that are disconnected. No way to contact re: a unit that doesn't work. What a disappointment.

DO NOT BUT OREGON SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEM
This Complaint applies to BOTH the Oregon Scientific Store and Oregon Scientific Corporation. The Store sells Oregon Scientific products, but when I contacted them with a warranty issue, they told me the Store just sells Oregon Scientific products BUT is not responsible for support of any product or warranty claims. The Store directs you to what is apparently the Corporate office at [email protected] which never answers any emails you send them. I also tried to call Oregon Scientific Corporate, but all the numbers I found were disconnected. I contacted the Oregon Scientific Store a total of 3 times and got back the same "canned email" response directing me to [email protected] even when I specifically told them that after a month I've gotten no responses to my emails to [email protected].
I wondered if my situation is unique. The answer is that it is not. There are numerous complaints against Oregon Scientific on the BBB website for the Portland, OR area. Notably, most indicate that the BBB's inquiry to Oregon Scientific about the specific complaint have gone unanswered!!

Submitted a warranty claim to an email address supplied by Oregon Scientific. No response to two emails. I tried to call but all I get is a busy signal. Do not buy any product from this customer as their product support is non existence.

Any thing purchased through this company or by this company is nothing more than a paper weight . Years ago they would work with the local fire departments and such , now they wont , we got a home system ,that the solar hook up quit working they told me when I did finally get ahold of some one that it is no longer made yet its MFG date was 2018 and they still sell it . Then I was told that they would send the part 8 months later NOTHING . Bunch of garbage that they sell !!!! Their reps are rude and WORTHLESS Pieces of trash

phones are either disconnected and/or unmanned ,, email never answered , order replacement sensor a month ago , 11/16/2018, as of today 12/17/2018 not recived , order status still shows as processing . Emails go unanswered . Considering filing a fraud complaint with US Attorney .

Wow, something terrible happened to this company. When I first bought my weather station they were great. Now, I am trying to replace a UV sensor and cannot get a response to email or phone, they no longer carry many items. This has all the look and feel of a company on the brink of failure and I would be hesitant to submit a credit card to them.

Since placing an order on 2/21/2018 resulting in a charge to my credit card I have not received the product nor a confirmation notice. I have made repeated phone calls to their customer service numbersand was told to leave a message, however, their mailbox is full. The Corporate phone number appearing on their web site is a non working number. Followed up with 2 e mails over the course of a week. without a response. Their "customer service" is non existent.

I can't reach this company customer sercvice in any way regarding my waranty. It looks like they intentionally don't want to proviade a waranty servoice.

Been trying to get help by email and phone for days. Still no response. I actually bought a 1-year extended subscription for the content for the 'smart globe' and all I got in return was a PayPal receipt, but nothing back from the company such as a key. The device still doesn't work... HELP!!

I purchased an "Anywhere Weather" system in September and it has never worked correctly. I have spent hours with Technical Support and Customer Service and they promise to take care of the problem and this is November Thanks Giving week and no replacement for the bad components or any other suggestion to make my system right. I have spent hours wasted taking to the staff in the Philippines and they pretend to assist, but only to get you tired of working on the problem. No Help at all.

Have tried several of your options to get customer service and each of them does not work. Messages do not get sent. I have a Solar weather Station BAR806HGA that the sensor for outdoor humidity is not working. Trying to get information on correcting it. How can I get in touch with your people?
