I understand you are selling shirts which discourage children from being artists. Who designed the shirts for you? An artist,right? Who developed your logo? Who designs the layout for your annual report? An artist, right? Do you have any clothes? Who do you think designed them? Do you drive a car? Who do you think designed the look of the car? Do you eat? Who designed the pans, the mugs, the bowls, the spoons, etc, that you use? Do you have furniture? Who do you think designed it? Do you have any pictures hanging in your home? Well, with your attitude, probably not. How dare you discourage one of the most creative of activities! You need to study some history and see the importance of art in people's lives. I can't believe you would single out art and discourage children from wishing to create. TO CREATE. That's what artists do and it's a wonderful thing for a child to wish to be. From one lost customer forever and ever and ever.

My children received $50.00 for christmas. They asked to shop at Old navy to get a few things. I took them to the one in my town. When we got there my daughter and I went to her aection, she is 9. It was a MESS!! I don't mean a few shifts out if place- I mean tables has piles of cloths on them, cloths on the floor, shoes on tables, clothing in sale sections that "weren't sale" it was disgusting. My 9 year old only grabbed a few things gs, didn't want to try them on and asked if we could leave. No one said hello or asked if we needed help. It was a terrible experience. I work in retail so I have a small expectation. This was a terrible experience. The store.manager need's to have a better plan of execution and hire more friendlier people.

I work 6 days out of the week in december. On my day off I chose to do christmas shopping at old navy. They did not put all my shirts in the bag. When I called to inform them they didn't seem to be very apologetic and said all they could do is give me a refund or I can come in and try to find the shirts because they put them back. This is so upsetting to me. They are christmas gifts for christmas eve and I already struggle for the time to do things.I feel I deserve more then what they offered. My gas and time are not free

It is Christmas weekend. 32 people in line ahead of me. 8 checkout stands, but only 3 cashiers. What in the world! 12 people behind me. Been in line for 30 minutes. Hire some help!!!!

In the Old Navy in Santa Clarita California. The store is a complete mess. Clothes on floor all over the place. Nothing left on the shelves. No manager or sales person on the floor available to help. Line to back of the store and moving very slowly!!

I went to check out with my purchases today and while the cashier was scanning my items there were 2 shirts with the same brand and style that rang up with different amounts. i questioned the cashier and she said " I don't know" with an unapologetic attitude. I said, "you see they are the same shirts right? The only difference is the color. She obviously could not be bothered as to why or wasn't going to find out. She then asked if I wanted to speak to the supervisor. I said,"yes if you cannot answer the question. "
The supervisor then came over and had no idea. I finally was frustrated and said forget it. Remove the higher price one off my amount. I was then proceeded to be told by the cashier that I was "rude". Really? For asking a question as to why I am being charged more money for the same shirt in a different color?
I said, "Really? I have spent a lot of money in this store in the past 20 years... Really?"
Nice customer service. Of course, the cashier said it after her supervisor walked away. I was beyond pissed off. Customer service really???
Has anyone been in the Old Navy store at Evergreen Walk in Manchester CT? The store is an absolute mess. Clothes in piles, nothing folded, clothes mixed with other clothes so you don't know what goes with what. I sent an email to customer service. Just got an auto-generated response. WOW!

OMG has anyone from head office been into the Old Navy at Erin Mills Towncentre Mississauaga? It's a friggin pigstye. Can't even get to the clothes I want to look at piles and piles of clothing on top of one another. Disgusting. No wonder it's going under its so low class garbage.meither your employees are so friggin lazy or you are very understaffed. Talk about poor management. Whoever works there obviously needs the money desperately. A long time ago it was an enjoyable experience and always busy and so clean and tidy. Wow what a shame. DISGUSTING in my 51 years of existence never seen such garbage.

I went to your store in Clarksville,in today to purchase some items for a friends daughter. I picked up a pair of jeans from a table reading $10 and a tee shirt off f a shelf reading $4. When I got to checkout both rang up wrong. I told the clerk what the signs said and she said someone else earlier in the day told her the same thing but we were BOTH wrong. A fellow employee went back to check but I was holding up the line so I told the clerk forget it and paid for the rest of my items. The gentleman returned and said I was wrong which REALLY irked me.I too him back and showed him BOTH items on sale as I said.He said he would bring them up to front but I told him I was already checked out and just forget it.I was purchasing these items because the friend had no money to buy her daughter x-mas and was trying to help her....so much for her. I guess she won't get them now.I could NOT believe the way your staff handled this.

Went into your store today to shop, the customer service was not good at all. The workes was not friendly at all. Want to buy Christmas gifts. The sign had $4.00 dollars for the shirts, got to the checkout, the shirts ringing up another price. Then the worker told me the lady tank tops where $4.00 get the checkout, there where ringing up another prize as well. I shop there a lot. I live in meridian, ms. But I go to Jackson, Ms to shop. I will go the the one on the coast from now on.

I recently left Old Navy due to the lack of concern upper management has for their store leadership teams. Group me is a freaking joke, when you are constantly receiving messages on your days off and time off to be spent with your family not answering the Market Leader Travis White for issues that could be answered by him calling the store and going through the leadership team that is there for that particular day. Oh, but it takes him Days to answer you if you even get an answer. Travis is a joke....with all the the store managers who have left this Market and the ones who are fixing to leave Hhhh as anyone even looked into his leadership skills. I left the company and I have never received sn exit interview. He is a. Alcoholic ass. No class a d no filter to the rudeness of his deliver. I would not recommended anyone to ho to work for this joke of an unstable company that cant make a decision to save their life. All the last mi. Changes are expected to be completed at the snap if a finger. He is a 2 faced lil boy who needs go back to Target. Look at what the Gulf Coast Market has lost. He is the worst manager I have ever had the unfortunate pleasure of working for. Time for a Town Hall. He will have his day. Anyone this dirty will pay for what he has done....

Don't call me any more with recordings. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect. You are trying to overcharge me. Your reps are not giving me a decent payment plan. I owe less than 100 dollars. I had to get a debt mgmt service. You are not getting any more money, you agreed to the terms. Contact in charge debt solutions if you are that disparate to harrass us like this

I like old navy clothes but they have very little for me to choose from every time I go to the store they say I have to shop on line you carry very little 2XL and Size 36 shorts WHY can't a person of my size walk in your store and find clothes and I'm not that big !!!the young girl that checked me out said she has trouble finding plus sizes and she works their,I feel that old navy discriminates people of size from shopping in your stores!!

Twice this week I have visited the wilmington nc store and twice this week, the line to check out was AWFUL because there were only one cashier on Thursday and three on Saturday, but the lines wetter completely at the end of the round about. On Thursday, the manager was walking around with an iPad verses assisting the cashier to help expedite the line. On Saturday, I never saw a manager, but no additional cashiers werer ever called to assist during my lengthy wait to check out.

I am old navy customer almost for 4 years.Today I had bad experience,the casher is very rude (guy).I don't know why he doesn't truest me at all,its posted the sale price,when I told him the price posted 50% off,then he just ignore me.Even I was searcing the coupon from my phone he wasn't willing to scan the barcode.I have to buy the polo shirt for my work as uniform.I was in hurry I have to have it.I am not shopping any more at old navy.

We are currently at the Old Navy store in Frisco, TX and needed some assistance. A lady was walking by that works here and we said excuse me to her, she just looked at us and kept walking. When we saw her walking back towards us with a Jimmy Johns bag we again tried to ask for help and she was very rude. We said to that we might just leave and not buy anything here she said fine and just walked off. To our amazement it was the assistant manager Suzanne that was we where having the issues with. If this is how the assistant manager acts how can anyone expect great service from the others in this store.

I was at the old navy on bruckner plaza the workers from this store let a man take pictures of me while i was in the fitting room.i was so embarrassed. I went back two days later and told the manager not only did he pass the recording of the crime to someone that came and picked it up he bold face lied to my face about what he saw.

I WHENT TO OLDNAVY TO EXCHANGE 2 pants and they take more than an 1 hour to give me the receipt for exchange.then when I got the clothes for pay with the receipt they take more than 30 minutes,this is ridicules,Diana and Yared,was the managers

5:15 pm 08/28/15 I went to shop at old navy scarborough Town center with my daughter and ask 1 empty to put my stuff and somebody in the cashier,she is the cashier supervisor told me i need to buy first thats not good customer service got hurt my feelings and stop my shopping there for my daughter uniform. This service department is a mismanaged, 3 ring circus! The employees are ILL TRAINED, rude, unprofessional and incompetent. Their credit card department is beyond frustrating to deal with..no one speaks English and it's near impossible to communicate effectively. I will NEVER shop Old Navy and I'm closing my credit card account!! BEWARE!! Oh, I've left 3 voice mails for President of Old Navy!!! He or his assistant have NOT returned any of my calls!!!!!!!!

This company care nothing for disabled. The use the dressing room for disabled as storage. And will not accommodate disabled for check out.I have complained before but they do nothing. Maybe every employ needs sensitivity training to overcome there neglect for disabled customers.

I am unable to receive customer service when checking out but teen security said I still had to wait even I was to disabled to stand so I was sitting on the floor in line like a dog. I need disabled accommodations to check out, as a result, I am unable to get the help and must leave my stuff that I would have like to purchase. I am a disabled person wanting to use the dressing room However it,was being used as a storage unit and the other by able bodied persons.Not being used for disabled at all. priority as disabled.

I bought a pair of shoes not that long ago and I recently stepped in a puddle and they broke. I had the exact same pair right before I got these ones and they lasted me 2 years. I mean the old navy on them isn't wore off at all. I'm not happy.
