Spent 150 on Clinique cosmetics next day went back because some of them went on sale
Didn't get any refund and didn't get the 21 piece gift for spending $150.00

I had a package that was not delivered - UPS Claimed they delivered it. In trying to get a credit for this low amount $38.57. They third world country that they moved their customer service to pretty much called me a liar that it said delivered so too bad! I'm a platinum customer - my credit limit is so huge and they offered to transfer me to credit to close my account! Really they would rather lose a great customer over $38.57. I'm paying off my account less the $38.57 and will NEVER shop there again. Their loss - BUT i'm sending a letter to their CEO and tell them this is exactly why they are going bankrupt. NO customer service.
I called Customer Service a few minutes ago. I explained that I am a Macy Credit card customer, that I could not sign into my account on the Macy's app; the system rejected my password, which is my Password. The two agents to whom I tried to explain this problem did not understand at all and kept asking me the same questions over again. I became so frustrated that I hung up. I tried to call again to ask for a different department and I can't get through. Carmen Neilson, Customer for at least the past 50 years when it was named Liberty House in Honolulu.
I have 20.00 of Macys money that I am not able to use. I called customer service and was not helped. I have my order done and ready to submit but was told I had to order through the rep in the phone. I am a customer that will not be shopping at Macys any more. I shopped and was told that I could redeem my cash online or in person but that is not the case. The way this cash is handled is very difficult, Kohl's cash is so easy to use whenever or however you want...so I guess I will be shopping there. It is sad that you guys can not honor what you say...
I ordered a pair of pants on 3/14/20. Received them and did not like them. I have spent a great deal of time trying to return them online. The online system just does not function and no matter how many different ways I try to find some way to get it to work it just won't. You cannot "View Order Details" so there is no way to print a label. I agree that Macy's is just hiding behind Covid. This is appalling. I would be more sympathetic if they weren't constantly trying to sell me something, so clearly you can buy from them, just don't expect to be able to return anything if it doesn't work. Furious. Today is 4/25, just to be clear, a long time to be frustrated just trying to send something back. I have tried to complain but clearly noone is reading any of thoses reviews either.
I am a Platinum Customer and have mostly been pleased with Macy's but their behavior during COVID19 is appalling. I returned items by UPS, they were received. The note on the account says processing refund, please allow 3 -5 days. It has been much longer and they are hiding behind COVID19 to give poor service. They are not accepting any emails or phone calls on the subject. I will wait a few more days before making a claim in the Court at which point I will want costs. I have no choice as they are not accepting calls or emails. They may not keep my money and not discuss it.
I did online shopping and entered different shipping address than billing address. But it is shipping to the billing address. Such a disappointing and slow service! It showed up $10 reward when i was shopping online and $1 0 reduced from the total amount. But later when I receive tracking number $10 added to total.
I used 3 different online at the same time all of them have to be shipped different address than my billing address. I hoped to send all items next week before Wednesday but your service making mistake.
I have been a long time customer at Macy's for years. My mother and I were Mother's Day shopping and were fortunate enough to have Carla Jarvis help us. She was not only friendly, but efficient. She made us feel like valued customers. She is definitely an asset to Macy's and made it a pleasure to shop at Macy's Lakeside Store in Metairie, Louisiana.
I bought a pair of shoes online but color was off. Returned and exchanged for a different pair. Beautiful Alfani. However upon wearing them.to.a funeral so could not make it back to car because left toe area was so small.my.last 2 toes went numb. Upon calling the store they said a uncomfortable shoe is not considered defective..How would anyone know a product is defective unless worn.It was a very received respected funeral. I was to say the very least embarrassed because upon taking off shoes my off black hose ran all the way up my leg. Purchase date 1/20/2018. The store would not help me on this matter
Ridiculous purchased a coat from the short pump store in Henrico they did not remove the security tag tried to get it taking off but it resulted in a return so u rather return item then remove tag manager did not know what to do then I was charged a return tax I can be reached at 804-721 0504 and I did like to hear from someone
I have a no-interest credit account which I purchased a trundle bed, I have been receiving statements in the mail, when I try to put this account number on line to pay, it tells me there is no such number. I did once get a human being and he was sending me a new card with new account numbers and security number. When I got the card it has the same number and security number as before. I have tried every phone number I could find but I cannot get a human!!!!If credit card number is not a good one, why am I paying the bill? Should I stop paying to get a human being on the phone?
Please!! Do not give in to the push to boycott Ivanka Trumps merchandise. These other stores that are taking a political stance, it's just ridiculous.. Donald Trump is our President!! Except it!! Ivanka Trump is his daughter she is suppose to be off limits.. I'm so tired of these elites pushing us into doing something they just want,not the majority of people.
Their are lots of women and men that shop Macy's like myself, who spend lots of money, think this boycott is nonsense!!
I've had a credit card with Macy's since I moved to Florida, almost 20 years. Your my favorite store, even when I was employed at Penneys for 15 years ( hair salon). Do not let them bully you into a bad decision, Ivanka Trump has every right to sell her merchandise wherever she wants, I thought this was America..Remember Chick-fil-A stood up to their boycott and won!!

I just want to let you know I made a purchase on Friday the 16th and I was charged thousands of dollars on my credit card which I was waiting to get to use for Christmas now that Macy's charge all this money on my credit card and I only made a purchase of 200 and something dollars I am stuck because I have no money to finish Christmas shopping for my kids and family all they want to do is give me $100 gift card which I explain to them is not enough to finish my Christmas shopping at this point I'm freaking out because I don't know what to do my kids are going to be very upset if someone could please help me I would appreciate it I'm also handicap my credit card has to spend it a cart until further notice because of all the charges macy's keeps putting on my card I handled it once got that charges taken off on Saturday and then they charged my get my card again on Sunday I am so devastated and upset can't stop crying I really hope someone can help me you can reach me at Annette.July 19 or my phone number is I would greatly appreciate it if someone would help me so that I could make this Christmas special like I was going to it's not my fault that Macy's screwed up and now I have thousands of dollars on my card and can't use it I am in need please help and it took me 45 phone calls and I was hung up on 41 times many many hours I spent on the phone please help
I attempted to call and could not get through to A customer representative from Macy's. INSTEAD I was BOMBARDED with a number of advertisements lasting more than 4-5 minutes that I was not interested in until I hung up the phone. This is simply insulting and represents a series of disappointing contacts (or lack there of) that have hampered my ability to obtain satisfaction regarding a credit card billing for a product I did not receive. I purchased Fashion Fair makeup over the phone from your State Store on October 6,2016. I paid for $28.62 for the product on my October Bill. On November 8th, I contacted State St Store customer service and spoke, at length with a Shirley, explained the problem gave her my name, date of purchase, cost of purchase, credit card number. She indicated that she would talk with "Anthony" who is in charge of Cosmetics, take care of it and call me back. To date December 6, 2016. I have not heard back. My check for the cost of the product has been cashed and accounted for in my November bill.
I'm shopping for blankets and a box pops up to ask if I can take a Macy's survey. I'm keep trying to click the no thanks box but it doesn't do anything and the box won't leave so I can shop your blanket selections! Makes me really mad! Sorry no shopping your store web now!
I called your number in the Philippines and young man helped me with my order and use my Macy's cash and told me he would send me an email confirmation. I never received a confirmation so I called the next day November 12. The young woman who helped me on this date told me my order had been canceled and that she didn't know how to help me. So now I don't have any Macy's cash which I did have $60 I was using towards my purchase. I don't have the items that I had ordered, I have no Macy's cash, no one returns my call. I cannot go into the store as I have cancer and cannot be exposed to crowds. I was doing Christmas shopping. I have been a customer since 1985. This has been a NIGHTMARE! The time and effort I have put into this is ridiculous.
I would like to commend Jennifer at Dadeland's shoe department. She went out of her way to help me find a shoe size in the mist of a very busy sale time. She was very helpful and kind and very professional. Great job Jennifer !!! i will definitely look for you next time. Thank you again for the superb customer service.

I got the email tomorrow at 4 :00 p.m comsmetic and Perfumes have good romotion, I came to the Macy at Perfumes service and aksed them , the ladies working in there lied to me , she said she does not know ervery thing , until I show her my email ,, and she said Oh I did not remember, did not said something ....sorry
