In this year alone, I purchased 2 navigation updates. The 2nd update was because the first update wasn't working properly. Still, having to purchase a 2nd update, in such a short time, is wrong. Now, in traveling to an hotel in Durham NC, the navigation took me all over the place, 5 miles from the hotel. It had us making more turns than you can imagine. When I reset the site, it continued to go all around and not in the correct direction. The address was on ELF St.in Durham. It is directly across from Duke hospital. It has convinced me that Lincoln cannot be relied on and this will have to be My last Lincoln

When we leased our Lincoln we were promised in the contract a comparable loaner car during service appointments.
OC Welch thinks a comparable car is a Ford F-250 Diesel. I am a 71 year old woman with a bad back. There is NO WAY I could drive a truck of that size. The service department at OC Welch is unwilling to work with my husband and me.
This is NOT the Lincoln experience I am paying for.

Lincoln is terrible. There dealers have low inventory on Navigators so they are not discounting much at all and will not do dealer trades. So i want to buy a Navigator, no dealers close to me have one and no dealers that have them will trade them with a dealer close to me. Not to mention that since there arent a lot of them around, they are charging as much as possible for them. What a scam this company is.

Upset after being in lock down so long Lincoln black label won't honor our certificate for a dinner. Are they hurting that much that they won't hot or what was promised when we signed on. Culinary concierge could care less. Very disappointed in Lincoln. Bah! Humbug! What a farce.

Since 1967 I have purchased 24 Ford vehicles, 19 new and 5 used. Many models, 2 Mercurys, 5 Lincolns and 17 Fords. Over the years I have seen a dramatic improvement in features, performance and quality. I recently purchased a 2021 Aviator from Apple Autos in Minnesota and even though I have only owned this vehicle for a short time I am sure I will be very pleased with it. My buying experience has not been good. After signing up, agreeing to a price and ordering the car I was told that the order needed to be converted from a 2020 to a 2021 and that the price would go up $750. When the car arrived I was told that an agreed to rebate of $2000 did not apply to the 2021. The dealer accepted half of this increase. I recently drove the car to Florida and I took it in for service. The dealer here asked me about my Lincoln Access Rewards account. I knew nothing about this so I checked into it. I found out that I should have been signed up when the car was purchased and that I would have got points for the purchase but I was no longer eligible because I waited too long.
I realize I am an old person that does not have a smart phone and is not up on face book, twitter and alike but this is all very disappointing. Everyone I have dealt with has been very polite but honestly has been no help. I am embarrassed for Lincoln and Apple Autos but if nothing is done I will go elsewhere if I am fortunate enough to purchase another car. John Weyandt [email protected]

Regarding your ads with the Run and hide Mother. There are too many mothers and fathers skipping out being in charge. Kids are out of control and I just do not think your ads are funny. Yes I get the fact your cars are tops and quiet and relaxing but these advertisements stinks. EcS

My name is Debbie Hoke just bought my 4th brand new Lincoln Navigator in July for Oxmoor Lincoln in Louisville
Ky... my truck had been previously driven by the manager as a demo... only one on the lot I liked tho... did not get
a better deal.. nothing, just bought it.. Night I left with it low tire light on on right rear.. they sent me around to service
to get it full.. 4 days later low tire light again... 5 days later low tire light again... called and made an appointment for
saturday since I liver 45 minutes away and own my own auto repair shop... spent 3 hours over there for them to have found a bolt
in my tire break it down patch it and scratch my rim badly... also noticed front right wheel all scratched up took home and still
yet the right rear tire would go down... now about every 2 weeks but would go down.. now right front going down pulled it
in building and it had 3 tire plugs in right front tire and patch obviously not holding correct in right rear... I called and called and called finally they made me call my salesman who said how sorry he was and if I would bring it over on a thrusday evening
he would have it ready to pick up friday and I would get two neew tires and my wheels fixed, also my navigation wont talk and
they would do an updated program... it is now end of day tuesday no one from oxmoor has called or returned my 10 calls
it has been 4 working days... My massivly expensive truck is still sitting over there and the evill woman who is my service
writer a MARLENE has not bothered to call me or return one phone call... This is my last navigator from them and make no mistake had I have had any clue as to how bad this would be I would have bought 4 new tires myself.. I think I would figure out
better customer service than I have gotten.. Been the worst experience I have ever had..

The 2018 navigator looks like a station wagon or coffin carrier.

The Roseville, CA Future Lincoln dealership is costing me money, I recently sold my 2014 MKZ Hybrid which had an extended warranty, I need to recoup the balance due on the unused portion, but no one there will return my calls, Must I file a lawsuit to collect those funds?

Today I reached out to Lincoln icorporate office concerning a problem I'm having with my 2008 MKZ rims One tire has already started a corrosion process and one dealership could not het the tire to sent even after sanding the aedge ,the second dealership sealed it and said it will hold for now I asked corporate being that they know they have a defect in some of those rims and I'm not in warranty range could they offered me a discount on some riims I did not get a positive reply it's bad when a company does not stand behind their products of manufacturing this makes me think hard about making another purchase from this manufacture

I was promised a vehicle during the installation of a handicap lift to my 2018 MKX. I was promised the lift would be installed in a week or less. I purchased the vehicle 2.23.2018. Today Adaptive Driving (the company used to install lifts by Lincoln) picked up my car and left me stranded. I do not have a vehicle during the 48 hour installation process. I've had to have ambulances to transport my mother over this extended time. Lincoln-Bayway has refused to honor their word to provide me with a vehicle. This is a poor way to begin a relationship with a consumer. The longer it takes to get me a vehicle, the more formal complaints I will be filing.

I'm looking at buying a 2017 lincoln MKZ from a non-lincoln ford dealership (Desert Motors -Ridgecrest CA) and would like to know if the vechicle can can warrany service at that ford dealership because the nearest lincoln dealer is 2 hours away? as well, is the warranty tranferable because on the window sticker it has a checked box -sold as is and a checked box that it has a remaining warranty? - the dealer is telling me yes to my questions but would like to get reassurance that is true.thank you

I purchased a new continental, black label series, in January 2018 and had for about two weeks. On January 31, 2018, car went in for some warranty service, rear light and dash cover. I have yet to receive car back. Dealer,, Sam Galloway in Fort Myers, Florida keeps telling me that dash cover is on backorder. I have been very patient with them but I think it is time for you people to step up their to the plate and help me.
I would like a new car and would consider a Navigator, even if it had very low mileage but was not a basic model. Will wait for your response.
After almost two months without my new car, I think you owe my that much.
Thank you. Neil Kenney

Leased my 2017 MKZ since Feb.2017, and the car has been having some rattling noise since. Brought the car in to service for the same issue, and as soon as I brought the car home, the rattling nose happen again. I should not have to drive a brand new car and having to deal with hearing rattling noise every time I'm in my car. Not to mention other issues such as the windows will not stay up every time I roll it down & try to roll it back up. Bad experience with my 1st Lincoln car.

Subject: 2016 Lincoln mkc BIG PROBLEM NOT HAPPY

Jeromie Allan

General mgr.

I, Leon Kubinski leased a 2016 MKC Lincoln on Jan. 17, 2016. This car has been a problem with a rattling somewhere in the car. It has been in for service numerous times for the same problem and they haven't corrected it yet. As of today 12/22/17, the car has been in for service for two weeks and I still haven't gotten it back because they can't find where the rattling is coming from. I believe Lincoln should have replaced this car.

I am suppose to have a loaner comparable to my Lincoln and instead they gave me a stripped down Taurus. My salesman is Anthony Garcia and the service person is Tom. Tom has been keeping me well informed with what is going on with the car but they can not find where the noise is coming from.

Please advise.

We took our Lincoln MKC 2016 for just, I repeat just and oil change to your Tideland Ford and Lincoln dealer in Pawley's Island SC. They put oil spatters all over the engine cover, they didn't fill the washer fluid, the oil cap was not put on correctly, there were leaves in the corner of the firewall, and sand all over the engine. Wendy the service manage just dismissed our complaints and stated she not getting anywhere withus and ended the call.

I've been a lincoln owner for years and I am h aving a big problem with my
MKX. The car experienced a leak through the glass roof and has a mold and mildew odor we can't get rid of.
The dealer has replaced carpeting and odor still remains. I insist something be done to remedy this issue. I refuse to pay over $500 monthly for a car that my children refuse to ride in and
I am quite upset about lincoln not being able to fix this.

Dear Lincoln, I bought a set of tires in July for my MKZ. The very next day the front driver tire was going down, I took the car back and they put something in it to make it he ok. Last week I had a flat on the back driver side and had to drive to a safe place. I took that tire back and they replaced the stem but it keeps going down. Now, the front right tire is going down every week I have to put air in it. Help!!!!!

I have sent emails, phone calls still not called with a fix. I have 2016 MKX that has inflatable seat belts. The seatbelt buckels in back seat are down so far in the seat that almost impossible to buckle. Need an extension. Tired of fighting trying to buckle up for safety. Can't get baby car seat buckeled in. No one even offers us a fix. I would rather have regular seatbelts that can be used with extender than what is in my car.

I have had my car in the Lincoln shop for 21 days for a repair I was promised would take 3-4 days. But worst of all I haven't received phone calls updating me and when asked about status was only given excuses. Then they replaced 2 very expensive things before they realized what was really broken. I don't think they know what they're doing besides they have no courtesy where communication is involved. Talk about lack of customer service!! I am NOT impressed and would like someone to answer my concerns. I've never bought a Lincoln and now will never buy a Lincoln (or Ford) again!!

I have been a Mercury/Lincoln owner since 1988. I purchased a new MKC in January, and it has had 4 service calls for the same safety issue (error messages, dashboard goes blank, and no directional signals). I have had a loaner car since May 16th, now July 12th. Within a few days it was agreed that I will get a replacement vehicle. I am still waiting. Ms. Sharp states that the Worksheet for the replacement car I signed 2 weeks was wrong and she returned it. I get no updates from her and no idea when I will get my replacement car. When I call all she says is that when she gets the new worksheet she will forward it to me. I get more courteous treatment from the dealer.
