I wanted to take the time to tell you of an amazing employee who was so very friendly, helpful and knowledge in all areas of Lifetime. Her name is Tiffany Ecklein. After giving us all the necessary information we needed to sign up in your new location in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida she gave us a great tour of your facility. I just wanted you to know she is the face of your company and represents you very well! You are lucky to have her in your employ and hope you recognize her for all of her wonderful qualities!! I am disappointed in some things that have changed since Covid. For example charging)50 for a visit of a guest is way out of line. In the past I could use my guest passes for that and would occasionally take my grandchildren. It is no longer affordable. The price to bring my two grandsons and daughter for one day is just shy of a membership for a month. Thats insane!
I also don't like that you have made GTX so rigid that those of us who have used that class for years now find it too rigid and boring. The instructor doesn't have the option to vary the program to clients needs. Previously we could use the bosu ball, the foam rollers, do a circuit that included the back stairs, use the rowers and ski machine and occasionally do some boxing. We could make it a game using cards along with the workout. In short, the instructor was allowed to get creative and make working out fun instead of a chore. Your instructors know their clients and know what they need from being on the ground working with them. Some stranger who happens to be in an office position does not know what the client wants or needs. You are making changes that are making the club one size fits all and one size doesn't fit all. My gym buddy group is not happy with you. My instructor is very knowledgeable. You are not!

My family has been members since 2007 , Lots of frustrations with the management at Berkeley Heights New Jersey . I am downsizing to one family member now. I waited for 2 hours from 8.30 to 10.21 this morning to pay the dues after last month payment was messed up still there is nobody that's trained to take payment. This is just one of the incidents that shows unprofessionalism and bureaucracy that does not serve its members right.

I have been a member at your Indianapols North Meridian location for 11 years. I have had to bring to the attention of the front desk people twice now about people standing around just talking and not wearing their masks. This past Saturday morning there were three people who had been standing around for quite a long time right by he machines I need to use and the front door way before I finally had to ask...." Should you three not be wearing masks?".

I'm tired of it. I'm 62 and in great health. I have people counting on me to take precautions and to stay healthy. You've got some smart aleck premadonnas in there that think they own the place and don't wear masks while they stand around and visit. Like there better than everybody else. If it happens one more time I'll call the Board of Health, Govnors @Covid Task Force, and or the media. I hope you don't t need to shut down again because your people are to stupid or cowardly to stand up for your own rules. If I can't go n there and be safe then nobody will!!

I was a Lifetime Member for 18 years. Despite my loyalty and exemplary stays/behavior, I was treated in a very unprofessional manner at the Rochester Hills and Troy Michigan Lifetime locations. Items were removed and broken from inside my locked locker. A very expensive purse was destroyed. My drinking water was also tampered with and my vehicle vandalized while in the parking lot. Both places were involved in a "Sociopathic Game" and series of exercises. Other Lifetime members were involved and spearheaded the effort. It is very disappointing, unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am leaving a comment complaint or just a question. I just stood in line for about 15 minutes to get my granddaughter into the kids academy. I understand classes are on a first come first served basis but something has finally come to my attention. With a long line of parents bringing in their kids, most with 2-3 kids for these classes in the same age bracket (3-6) how does my 1 grandchild stand a chance? This is ridiculous. I pay like everyone else but classes are filled with almost 2-3 families.

I was really disappointed that my Pilates class was cancelled on Thursday at 1 pm in Novi MI. Gone for years with same teacher..
Gave us a reason that there wasn't enough in the class it originally was on Fridays and it was packed and then they moved it to Thursdays there was no warning to tell us that if there wasn't more people in the class that would cancel just abruptly last Thursday they told us all it was canceled we went in to talk to a manager about it I have been a member at Novi lifetime since it opened I do so gone up the machine so stay the same and nothing has been updated our class is very upset we pay to go to our class please see if you can follow up on this for me. Thanks

Just canceled my membership!!!! Do you know Ballantyne location you are not allowed to wear workout clothes' in sauna? You have to change into a bathing suit or take off your clothes and just have a towel on. AND a lady said they escorted her out because she had on workout clothes 😳😳......they have no logical reason for this....I was told because in your workout clothes you already have sweat and in the sauna it causes more sweat and germs can fester'......well ummmm your are still sweeting with a bathing suit or just a towel so it still germs??? what about hot yoga classes, they wear workout clothes in there and its hot and sweaty. They dont require to shower first so I don't get it. And let me just say the membership here is EXPENSIVE $$$....MANY members are complaining about this!!!! They just trying to inforce the rules.... ok well inforce the rules that require people to shower prior to getting into the pool and the hot tub or inforce the rule for people to wipe off exercise equipment after use (talk about germs 🤢) Another person stated she saw a person in the hot tub naked! But you are escorting people out the sauna for having clothes on? What would happen if someone goes into the sauna naked?

I have used other Life Time locations and NEVER was informed of this and NEVER heard anyone being ESCORTED OUT! But supposedly its a corporate policy'

So, the 2018 olympics are on the worlds stsge and I can watch them here at lifetime fitness... these are some of the greatest athletes in the world who train and excercise to compete... why is there no recognition for them let alone the Americans who have devoted their mind body and souls to their sport...

Just canceled my membership after 15yrs. The Canton Mi mgr is useless. Since early December there has been an abandoned car near the front door. It has been dangerous cold and I have had to walk across the parking lot past it daily. I told her about it 3 times and she said it would be removed. As of today it's still there. I will not keep paying $125 while her friend stores their car for free. Also a member had 3 machines blocked off and ignored me when I told him I would like to use one of them. I advised a trainor and he said I should just fight the guy for it. I left without working out. Very sad but after being a member since 2002 I will spend my money where the employees respect their customers.

I am extremely dissatisfied of your recent change to the programing of the large TV's around the workout floor. I live a very busy life and get my news while I work out. The stupid non offence programing that is now showing on the TV's is an insult to our intelligence as adults. I prefer to be educated on current events rather than watch a home improvement show. We are adults and if someone needs to hide from the news don't look at it. I will cancel my membership if this is not corrected.

I have walked in most recently at lifetime fitness to a dismay of experience. I am a single father of two children ages 6 and 7. I recently lost my job, and cannot afford the expensive membership. Therefore, I tried being accommodating by dismissing the formal emails, at most every month of some issue or problem at the Tempe location. Such as hygiene problems, adults with no children coming in thru the family restrooms, while my kids and I exchange, going to the kids club care to find I'm too late to be accomodated, although the club states it operates 24 7. In addition, I seen under age kids going outside, just after we got turn away many times. I felt as if it was a racist tactic then safety issue. I personally never step in the gym every month to benefit the cost, of paying for membership. For when I do, it's always an unexpected experience of hardship. I wish to close this bad experience soon. Otherwise, I will change my account on file of pay. Also, seek legal counsel

I have never had a problem in any gym. the manager treated me poorly never really let me fully explain my case and made a bad decision in a harmful hateful way. I was encouraging many other members to join. I will completely discourage and bring the tax abatement they have up to discussion with our county and town . They should not be allowed to get away with property taxes and give this service.
it just costs us all even more.
such a poor way to handle problems.

Was a member at castle creek location, they changed new aquatic manager then every week it seems like the the rules changes. Before every thing was great, they adjust the rules to however it was convenient for them. Put in my notifications for canceling by 30 days like the requirements still being charged. The manager or the person who's in charge to do refund was so hard to get a hold of end email never got a response. They get me refund but the wrong amount so much hassle. They super nice when you first register after that no service. My friend have told me that they also having hard time to get their lifetime bucks. Will not recommend the castle creek location! Management team is not professional and courteous! They let everyone just walk by the family restroom to get a shorter route to the mans or woman's bathroom including the staff themselves, they don't follow their own rules but the aquatic manager was above n beyond to apply what it's supposed to be rules on member!

The facility is great and very clean. Managers specially in the Lifespa and Life cafe are very unprofessional and lack customer service skills.

Ridiculous! Lifetime fitness need to reevaluate the term "Customer Service"! They are rude & unprofessional- unless you are singing up. They provide absolutely zero accommodations, After being a member on & off for 10 years my family & I were planned on rejoining- until we were treated so horribly! Never again!

Very disappointed in the changes made to accommodate cycling classes. Zumba is no longer available and our Fit 4 Life class moved to 11:15 which is very inconvenient for most of us. I have noticed that the majority of group fitness is now paid for sessions . Jeff Mangen not asscessible to discuss any issues. This is the North Garland center on Garland Texas.

I'm a diamond member in Henderson Nevada for a year now and wanted my husband to join but your management here say that he' not considered a new member even though he will be practically a new member. I was hoping that you could at least waive initiation fee , is a shame you can't be that flexible...

Lifetime Athletic Bergen What is going on??? How does lifetime decide who gets in the GM seat? Whats the process for vetting a perspective GM candidate?!? Does anyone care in Your corporate Headquarters? Who is representing the lifetime brand ???The GM George comes across as a Weak, Flacied, bipolar, cartoon character on drugs? This person is not qualified to manage a bathroom towel attendant! He should be terminated at once!And a real GM Who inspires and motivates his employees and members not some bafoon! Jackass. With tissue and clipboard in his hands gliding around pontificating and cleaning dust off exit signs. Demote this flunkey to dishwasher in the cafe. Stop wasting your money paying a smoch!!!! I come from the Corporate world. And I've seen my share of wheelspining clowns...do Yourself and everyone a favor and flush this cumbersome terd!! Before you loose more members. I hope things change in 2017? Or I might just cancel my membership.

Went to Tim's spin class this morning and gave the bikes a ride.



I like the spin bike but the seat will not go up high enough for me. The

older version spin bike did have enough seatpost for me to ride for a

taller guy.



Anyway to special order some seat posts for the new spin bike for taller

dudes? Or have a couple of the older bikes for the taller people? Pretty

please?

I would give this place negative stars if that was possible. The manager Eric Blick is one of the most incompetent person I've ever come across. I got a call from him one day falsely accusing me of harassing one of his employees. When I tried to explain my side of the story he simply wouldn't listen. He dismissed me stating 'that's just what you are saying' and 'I can't accept this kind of a behavior.' When I visited the club that day I was told I wasn't allowed to enter which was utterly humiliating and not something I had expected. Before I knew it, I was embroiled in a court case but had the resources to fight it and win the case. It goes to show the level of man management skill this imbecile possesses. Anyway I would say that most of the staff at this location is rude and self conceited. A lot of them act as if they own the place and the customer is totally irrelevant. This is especially true of the staff in the Spa section. Save your money and join a place where you don't have to deal with
