I called Lexmark helpdesk today! they helped me sort out my wireless printing problem with my 5 computers (3 mac's, 2 win 7). The gentleman was really helpful it was sorted out maybe less than an hour.which is very impressive!

I notice that there is no link anywhere to register a complaint online to Lexmark. You have to call and then get the run around!
I purchased an all in one Pro705 from HSN (first mistake). All I can say is I will never buy from HSN again and I will never buy Lexmark again. This printer looks good but I spend most of time resolving jams, shutting down and restarting to reconnect as it loses it wirelss connection everytime I unjam it, and running to the store to buy ink cartridges! Tried to download a fix from their site, even that won't work.

Lexmark sucks! Called Lexmark to return a high-yield black ink that printed less than 50 pgs, and after 45 mins I was told that that was technical support and I could call back and follow the prompts to customer support. Return instructions say to call technical support and can't find a customer support. I'll call corporate tomorrow and then return the printer to Walmart. Should have stayed with HP.

I just got off the phone with tech support. I had a brief power outage yesterday which caused my Lexmark 260dn to reset its ip address so my computers couldn't print. I was able to reset the ip address on my own computer but could not get my secretaries to reset. The tech took about 10 minutes and now all is fine. Very good job.

I was assisted by Jackie, Lexmark rep, on 16 Aug 2010, to resolve my software issue. I was not able to print out from my computer to my new Lexmark Pro 205. She was very patient and knowledgeable and resolved my problem to my satisfaction.

Called Lexmark today (7/8/10) regarding a problem with receiving faxes on the 364dn. Malou patiently walked me through re-setting the machine and was able to resolve the problem in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with the level of expertise that she demonstrated with this issue. THANK YOU!

A Lexmark 2480 printer came bundled with my PC purchase. I installed it only to find that a software problem would not allow me to print, for example, one page of fourteen. After attempts, 42 pages printed. Only 3 should have. Then, the cartridge ran dry since it only has a capacity of about 90 pages. Wow. I called Lexmark for help, and got empty rhetoric. Worse yet, I rec'd a promise to send me a new cartridge, and possibly two via overnight mail. When I called one week later, there was no record of my call and I got more empty rhetoric. Bottom line, these guys suck beyond belief. Run...do not walk...from Lexmark. They are beyond horrible in terms of service and quality. AND, they flat out lie !!!!

I have just purchased an S605. I can't get it to operate properly. I contacted your live online technical support service. It tells me I have to pay money to have my question answered. This it tantamount to extortion with you holding my printer hostage against me. I am very disappointed in your company and regret ever having bought the unit. I have never heard of such unfair business tactics. Is your company employing outlandish methods to earn money because of the depressed state of the economy?

Lexmark actually hung up on me online and did nothing to solve my technical problem. I will never purchase anything from this company again. They are a joke.

After an 8 minute hold time, a technician helped me correct wireless printing problems with 2 laptops. The tech spoke perfect english and I was done in less than 20 minutes... Great job!

i jus got my lexmark 4 in 1 & after putting my ink insider of the printer .it reads that the ink is low .... how ? i jus opened the pack ive never made a copy .... so i called lexmark telling them my problem they told me ink would be here 1or 2 days .....it's 4 days no ink yet ..... what's the problem????? i never had to deal with this company before in this matter the other printer ive had by lexmark was fine ...........im pissed off ;-} i jus called them again & im getting the run around;-} this sad;-}

I called the 800# listed and a recording told me that my expected wait time was 20-25 min. After 23 min. a person came on the line. He transferred me and the wait time was then 45-60 min. I hung up. Should have stayed with Kodak or anyone else for that matter.

I sent an e-mail for assistance on my x5650 printer...got a thank you e-mail but no help e-mail.....very poor customer service..no wait...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TECH SUPPORT...shouldve stayed with HP

techie had me unplug power and wait ten seconds for reset, then rehook power. It actually worked. Embarrassed that I didn't think of it myself. have to do that with time warner cable box once a week to keep it workin. I hate to admit it, but after initial lexmark confusion with the phone numbers, the test worked. hats off to em

Called when x5470 quit printing incoming faxes. used 800 number listed on this site. Phone operator gave me direct number 800-332-4120 to avoid phone trees and additional waiting. might help someone get thru. techie said they would attempt faxing a document for testing, and would call me back on cellphone. So far they have attempted 3 times to fax to the cellphone. Brain Surgeons!

Called the 800# was advised my hold would be less then 2 minutes. I am still holding for 22 minutes now. I'm hanging up at this time... Goodbye!

Calling customer support today I was transferred, of course, then in the middle of the conversation, after answering many questions, the line suddenly went dead. Thinking this was just a fluke, I called back only to have the same thing happen a second time. Calling back for the third time I was told they would be sure my call was not dropped. I was then put on hold, or the Who Cares line, for a good fifteen minutes. Tomorrow I'm taking my Lexmark to Goodwill and good luck to them. I have my eye on a sweet little Canon and they can shove it.

technical support was great once you got on the phone with them. trying to navigate through the freq. asked questions was a waste of time though. once online with a tech person problem was solved in 10min.

I've had opposite luck with Lexmark - everything worked great with first one, wore it out, bought another, it worked fine until it quit scanning and when i called tech support and they tried various fixes they ended up sending me a new printer. Maybe you just got a lemon. Happens sometimes.

Terrible printer, terrible customer support. In fact, customer support is nonexistent.
Don't waste your time or your money. Buy anything *except* a Lexmark.

I called Lexmark support center. The number was not easy to find. When I called I spoke with alive advisor right away and she helped me with new softward to accept the new printer I bought. This process took less than five minutes and the cartilage for the printer worked. I am very pleased with service.

4 Days ago I asked "just answer" about my Lexmark c510 Printer. It jams (any paper) intermittantly at the feed from the tray. I have used it a fair amount and it's been a consistant performer...I didn't hear back and after getting upset eioth them treid aagain...they never answered me!!!! I requested a refund on my deposit. They finally did that several hours later. worst help call I've every Had. I just bought 4 new cartridges at $100.00 each and the printer doestn't work right and NO HELP!!!!

Lexmark Pro705, Unpacked and Wi Fi wasn't working. Called online chat help, Could not get to work. She said they would ship a new one after a rep got a hold of me. No rep ever called. This printer had a 5 year warranty and couldn't get satisfaction the first day. Warranty is a complete joke. Returned printer will never own another lexmark product.

Worst printer ever owned! never works, and everytime I even move a computer around the house it has to be redone and then its a forever hold time to get help from a barely english speaking person taking yet another job from an american. part of the problem I would say...not part of he solution lexy...
