I don't know why I have to pay for an answer to my question. I have talked with 5 different people at Kroger so far and I even tried to get my question answered through the website but it would cost me. So I'd like to know why I can't get an answer to my question about getting my groceries delivered? You need a phone number where customers can contact a live person to talk to when they have questions.

Kroger has diluted their fuel rewards bonus for giving feedback by not sllowing a survey to be completed every 7 days, as the web site says is allowed.

I recently attempted to complete a survey on 6-17-2023 and was told after I was done that I had completed a survey in the previous 7 days. The last survey I completed was on 6-10-2023.

Apparently they do not know how to count

Krogers are discriminating against the Seniors requiring them to use an app for the weekly sales price. Not all seniors have cell phones or computers to clip the coupons on sale. They are going to pay more on a fixed incomes. It is a shame they do this to thd Seniors. I may be shooing at a competitor if this isn't corrected for thd seniors. We shouldn't pay more because we don't have internet serve or an iPhone to shop in their store.

I am watching Dayton news and see another new Kroger in Miamisburg. I have shopped at Kroger in Huber Heights since it opened. My question is why isn't there a new Kroger in Huber Heights? It is overly crowded and my products are not in stock. This store serves Northern Huber Heights and southern Miami County. It seems as if we are the 'forgotten child'. Please look around and see the limits of this store which is located in a higher middle class neighborhood. Surely we are worth improvements!

Kroger On Matlock..... it's 12:30 on Sunday, I spent over 350.00 on groceries and another wonderful customer and I sacked all of my groceries and then I returned the favorand helped her sack hers. Check your security tapes......?two checkers with over 12 customers in line. One additional opened up ........ you had long delays, poor customer service....workers standing around on personal cell phone, where was your manager??. Perhaps utilize your staff to have at least three checkers when > 6 customers in line.

I have been a Kroger customer for years. If you don't stop your cancel culture and reinstate Mike Lindell My pillow, I will cancel you. I spend at least $120.00 a week at your store, although that might not be much to you, it adds up over a year. All of your customers are not democrats. Us conservative customers have rights as well. If you want to cancel us, we will cancel you. You are not the only grocery store out there. Stop your dumba#s practices, or you will lose business.

I am beyond frustration with your company. Due to COVID I am unable to visit inside your store. Way too many people and too many employees with the virus. Ordered online and had trouble (terrible app) anyway was offered $30 credit to use next time do I tried again. 3 days later and several customer service reps (most don't speak English) even a supervisor after I waited 30minutes to get her, could not help. Said I have a legacy card (that's right ,I have been a customer for 40 years) and the legacy card won't work for the credit or any other benefits. I have to go INTO the store to get a new card. RIDICULOUS!! The whole reason I had to use the app in the first place was because I can't go IN THE STORE. BRILLIANT updating your system during a pandemic!!

Please return to paper cartons for the salad bar instead of plastic salad bar containers. Plastic bags and containers should be stopped immediately. Save the planet.

I've been a Kroger customer for years and was very happy with the service and product of the new store in Mt. Orab, Ohio, but I have never seen a store decline so rapidly as this store has in the last few months. Your deli went from the best to the worst. You have cut the staff down so much and putting so much work on the few employees that are there I don't know how you keep them. I've never seen such a mismanaged store in a very long time. I think it's time you take a hard look at the managers you have at this store

I was just at your store from out of state to pick up groceries for my college student while she was in class. I purchased some things on sale, however being out of state I did not have a loyalty card. The purchases did not ring up on sale and I questioned the cashier about this. She said you don't have loyalty card? Sorry. That's it! Every other grocery chain offers to use the loyalty card that the cashier has!! I would think you would offer this to keep people coming back, I will not be coming back. Meijer is a longer drive from campus but better customer service means a lot.

I have been a Kroger customer at the Nashville hwy store in Columbia, Tn for many many years and have watched this store decline. I am so frustrated with businesses having fewer employees and those employees expected to do more work and customers suffer. I can't find anything, shelves empty early in the morning, I can't find employees because they are are few and now wear blue jeans and don't even look professional or happy. The managers (you can tell them) either are standing around talking, dressed in such unprofessional leggings or lowcut blouses or they are running around working so hard with a worried look on their face. It's not the Kroger I enjoyed and took my time to shop and relax. It was so convenient for me and now I have heard of Publix coming and am not wanting to go but can't wait. I just wanted you to know how Kroger can lose business. I loved this store.

Ive been a Fred Meyer/QFC shopper since 1987. I have some complaints, but nothing thats that big a deal, more like, why??
I havent been able to find Stacy's Bagel Chips at your stores since mid- November. I can find the Pita chips and they are ok, but certainly not my 1st choice. When I questioned someone in the deli about it I was told that whoever is responsible for ordering hit the delete button instead of the reorder button. She assurred me they were on their way. That it was a 1 off thing, and that lots of people had been asking her. Well, still no Bagel chips. I also was under the impression that it was only happening at my Fred Meyer so I went to the QFC near my house to buy them, but no, none were there either. And the employee there was completely clueless. Completely.
So. Whats up? Do you know. Are they coming back, or are they gone for good.
I am pretty much a vegetarian, rarely eat meat, though I have to buy and cook it for my husband. I eat an avacacado a day...preferably with Staceys Bagel chips. The pita chips have an after taste of lard.
So, if there is anyway to get them back, asap, I would definitely appreciate it.
2nd thing is, and I ll keep this short, but why is Kroger/QFC selling fish from China? Especially tilapia. There are other places you can source from that your customers can be assured that the fish has been raised in clean, fresh water. Until then, I definitely wont be buying from you. And its a bit upsetting bcsnow that my husband has read about the problem with fish from China he wont eat it.
And....neither will I.
Thanks for your time.
Look forward to your reply.

I really love your Private Select Vermont Extra Sharp cheddar cheese. It's better than Cracker Barrel. It it's been discontinued in my local Fry's. Is there someplace else I can buy it? I am so sad. It's a major component of my favorite snack/dinner. It's such a terrific product. Allison Ferber

I'm very disappointed with Kroger. They advertise something and when they run out it is up to the manager to give you a raincheck! So I got no raincheck:)

After several attempts to complete a survey on customer service at your Fry's store in Sun City West, AZ store I have given up.
I refuse to complete a form with all my personal information.
What I want to do is compliment most everyone that works there.
My biggest compliment is for a young lady Susie Q. She is the best customer service rep along with other duties. She is such an asset to your company. We shop almost every day and if we don't see her it's a let down. You should have a cardboard made in her liking for her days off

Like so many companies have done you have created a phone system that makes it impossible to talk to a person and get general information, this alienates customers and you will loose market share. Bring back person to person service.

Been shopping at Krogers for yrs. Always thought they were the best. But now Im starting to see the turn that most successful companies make. When they go from careing about costumer to careing more about a few extra bucks. My Kroger is in White House TN. I cant wait til Publix comes to town.

I shop this morning for diapers and I hand out my $3 coupons and cashier said that they would accept only $1.50 worth for my coupons and spoke to the supervisor said that they get emails from corporate... But I showed the coupon policy nothing said about $1.50...
You guys if you change policy it should be in writing two of the supervisor...one of them ( Candy said ) (Marvina) we don't have to take your coupon if we don't want too.. I was embarrassed in front of people talking and I look like an idiot...
Kroger Columbus Ohio.

Like others on here, it is impossible to get someone to talk to. I have a question that could lead to Kroger giving false info to their customers and it is absolutely going to be answered and answered correctly or the newspapers can get the answer for everyone.

I am trying to contact Kroger regarding the policy of selling pesticides which are toxic to bees. So far

I have been on hold on the 800 number for over 15 minutes. I hope to speak with an actual service representative, but in the meantime I will use this method of contact to urge Kroger to stop selling bee-killing pesticides. Thank you.

Not everyone has the option to use digital coupons. Presently KROGER is only offering 4X fule
points in that fashion. This is unfair, and seems nearly a type of discrimination. I have a cell phone which is not app applicable and no printer to print a coupon. I do however have a Kroger plus card, and Kroger VISA, it would seem that is enough. WHY not ???? AND BY THE WAY I WAS ON HOLD FOR 15 MINS TO TALK TO SOMEONE REGARDING THIS. Finally gave up.

The phone rings for a long time when you call. Where are the managers....

I am not even sure if you all read these comments or more importantly care. Is Kroger running low on cash? The reason I am asking is the fact that it does not matter time of day 75 percent of the carts will be outside. You're back to stocking dented cans, but always at full price. I tried to buy a dozen eggs today, full price $2.99, expired on 11.20.2016. Why were they still on the shelf? Not 1 or 2 dozen, nope 5 cartoons. Pulling stock to the front of the shelves, forget it, they seem allergic. It's a much better idea for older people to have to get down on the floor and then ask other customers for help getting back up. Kroger still has the same business model as they've had for the last 30 years, we are the only major store in Nashville so the shoppers are just stuck. I have asked management at the store over the last year to address some of the problems approximately 4 different times, I can assure you they are uninterested. Why would they be? If I'm the one on my hands and feet pulling the cat food to the front of the shelves that's simply less work for them. Publix is much farther for me to drive and their prices are higher, but they are more an improvement over your stores.

I am "Best Customer" and spend well over $100/week, every week for years.
I went into Kroger and could not find a turkey over 13 lbs, so I bought 2 turkeys. I never saw a sign that said "only 1 turkey at sale price", so I was charged FULL price. One was $7 + and the other one was $17 +. So I lost $10 on that deal, when U could easily come back 30 minutes later or bought at Walmart. I called and talked to a store manager and all she could offer was "well, it's in the ad". When I told her I didn't read the ad, she said "I'm sorry" and refused to make any concession. I will miss Kroger, but employees are more concerned with THEIR rules than keeping good, loyal customers! They are willing to lose Over $5000/year over $10.
