To all bikers out there especially you folks from South Tenn /North GA please stop by The Cougar Express Chevron on HWY 68 near Copperhill TN. We stopped there on Friday to get a cold drink and check our map, and the Manager followed us around the store and did nothing but hassle us, she would not let us remain in the store to cool off and drink our drinks. We moved to another part of the store where there was a food service area set up too look at the map, and she came back there and demanded to know "What was this?" I told her we are cooling off and drinking the drinks that we had purchased there, and she said this is not a food establishment and stood there until we left.

My mouth was bleeding from biting my tongue, but I knew that if any hell was raised, we could find ourselves in deep sh*t with banjo music playing in the background. My Wife asked where the restroom was and she stated "We ain't got none"...as we were leaving I noticed the restrooms in the far corner of the building.

The above was posted on a biker web- THE BIKERS CODE - and is going out all over America. These folks were 'straight bikers' (not 'outlaw'). Pretty poor example your company is setting.

Hello; Earlier this evening I stopped at the Exxon, located at IH 10 East & South W.W. White Rd. The clerk's name was Tiffany. When I first entered the store, I presented her with a $100 for the purchase of a fill-up. She explained she did not have change for it, but she did have change for a fifty. I returned with $60 instead. While I was pumping my gas, several other customers had also entered the store. Upon my return for my change she informed me that I would have to wait until she transacted the other customers purchases, and, spoke in a very snippy way. I, in turn, explained to her that I was there before any of them even came into the store. She made the comment to me, "Oh, just forget it!" And, continued to wait on 3/4 of the other customers and I am still waiting to complete my transaction. And, I waited, and I waited, and I waited. Finally, she tapped on the cash register screen rather vehemently, snatched my receipt out of the slot and gave me my change of $21.70. During all of this wait time, I had my 93-year-old mother waiting out in the car in 90+ degree weather. Thank you for allowing me to submit this experience. I hope no one else has to.

Sincerely,

Alice Bright

Why is it that the Mobil at 612 W Lumsden, Brandon Florida pumps do not give the Mobil credit cardholder the price per gallon shown on the sign? Instead mobil cardholders pay the higher price debit and major card users are charged. All other stations treat Mobil cardholders like cash and have the pump set accordingly. The employees at that location don't have a clue.

This is regarding the Exxon at 2069 West street, Annapolis MD , they are always out of receipt paper at the gas pumps! Who feels like standing in line after using a card at the pump just for a receipt! Its getting old now.
