Destiny and another cashier were berry rude telling customers they don't have things that are in perfect view bc do not want to check out saying shift change takes 35 min and can not process transactions of any kind being very rude by not giveing up her name on Barataria and expressway

I went to get some lotto tickets at the Mobil station at Skylake at 18 or 19 th Ave in Miami Gardens Florida

The Spanish woman was nasty and had an attitude problem

It wasn't the first time



I told her I want two quick picks in lotto and I already had the mega form for her to print out the numbers

She wasn't listing to me

She also gave a quick pick on the mega as well

I told her I did ask for a quick pick on the mega



I asked her to give it to me and take the other mega ticket back

In her nasty attitude told me no that ticket is for me

I said are you paying for it?? She didn't answer me

She was nice to those who spoke Spanish

I'm not Spanish so her attire and demeanor changed towards me

I felt as if I was Spanish she would have been nicer



I go in to the Mobil gas station often and she has the same nasty attitude towards me



Her customer service leaves a lot to be desired

I contacted Exxon Aug. 24, 2017, about getting a tank of bad gas. No one ever responded.

I have lived in Milton,WV all my life and have always shopped and got my gas at Exxon at Milton and never had any complaints at all up until the last few months this business is going to crash if you don't do something new owners or operators working there do not know how to run it.I have been short changed not once but three times never have coffee made if they do its set all day, no lids for the cups,or no cups, no cups for fountain drinks, they say we ordered them just haven't gotten them , they don't open till 7 or 8 when the lady named Nancy ran it she was open at 6 am never had these problems they people now are just rude . I have stopped there my last time will take my business elsewhere I've always put Exxon in my tank so I'll drive 10 miles out of my way I guess .But you need to look into this asap to save a businessand your name
