Terrible company. Their phone number is non-working, they don't respond to emails in the promised time and their chat session "feature" appears to be down.

I just renewed my ESET but would like protection for my wife's computer. How do I proceed and what is the additional cost.?

I had a great experience with customer service today. I downloaded another antivirus software without uninstalling Eset. Needless to say, there was a battle as to who was going to control my PC. After repeated attempts (like 20) to uninstall Eset in safe mode going through control panels, Ryan in Customer Service came to my rescue. He was great. Thanks Eset. If I find that my new antivirus stinks, I will be back.

installed and purchased this ani virus program and was billed for something other than what was ordered. Terrible Sales Department obviously. now if that was done and it happens to 300 people or more, how much have you got in the bank if it takes up to 10 days to return monies. Alot, company must be going bankrupt or out of business. Again, Terrible Sales Department. Irrate Customer...

They make it very hard to renew if there are any changes on the user end.

they don't pick up the phone and the software does not protect my computer

Would not recommend at all!!


Problems:
1. They double billed me.
2. Never contacted me to correct.
3. Had to go thru AMEX to corerect.
4. Shut-off update service and I was not able to contact anyone.
5. No 24hr Tech Support.

....I could go on, but these are just a few of my issues with ESET.
