My dynex television not working..so pls repair this

Terrible! I spoke to a customer service rep and was telling him when we bought our tv we had used a wall mount so we didn't us the pedestal/stand. I recently moved and went to install the stand and the stand is not the correct one for the model I have. He said he could give me a phone number where I can try and order one and I had asked if I could speak to his manager, and he asked why I needed to talk to him and I was telling him I was just questioning why they wouldn't stand by their product. He refused me to talk to his manager. I called back the next day and it so happened he was the same person I spoke to the day before but he gave me a different name, I proceeded to say my name and asked him if he is who I spoke with yesterday, because it sounded like the same guy, with a distinctive accent and HE HUNG UP ON ME! I would never recommend Dynex because of how this was handled. Very disappointed!

I am a Mithun Chakraborty.I live in WEST BENGAL(KOLKATA).I Brought in one 32'LED TV,But this tv USB port is not working proparly so i cllad your customer care no (23/06/2017)he is tell me after 3 days my staf is coming and reparing but 5days allredy gone no anybody com my home.So you solv my problam.OK THANKS

Unreal experience - needed to explain the same thing over and over and over and over -
Obvious issues with doing business with overseas support - agent himself was trying hard
I blame management

I have made several phone calls, several emails to Daniel in Escalation Dept. send photos of a burned out, literally, no response in a month........ If I don't hear from headquarters I'm going public with my circumstances.

Tonight at approximately 9:00 I spoke with a man with your technical support. I was having a problem changing channels with my Dynex TV. I lost my remote. My cable network, Comcast,got him on the line to help me. He was extremely rude. Please have someone call to explain. Thanks,
