Terrible! I spoke to a customer service rep and was telling him when we bought our tv we had used a wall mount so we didn't us the pedestal/stand. I recently moved and went to install the stand and the stand is not the correct one for the model I have. He said he could give me a phone number where I can try and order one and I had asked if I could speak to his manager, and he asked why I needed to talk to him and I was telling him I was just questioning why they wouldn't stand by their product. He refused me to talk to his manager. I called back the next day and it so happened he was the same person I spoke to the day before but he gave me a different name, I proceeded to say my name and asked him if he is who I spoke with yesterday, because it sounded like the same guy, with a distinctive accent and HE HUNG UP ON ME! I would never recommend Dynex because of how this was handled. Very disappointed!
