I spoke with Joy yesterday about a diverter valve problem. She was terrific, knowledgeable, helpful, solved my problem quickly. Give that woman a raise and don't let her go!

I had a problem with the soap dispenser. After I called customer service I received a new part which didn't fit as well, so I called again and was sent a new dispenser. It is working great. The customer service people were extremely nice and helpful. Just wanted to thank them for doing their jobs so well! And to thank the Danze company for a quality product and excellent service!
