On a scale of 1 to 100 I rate COMCAST at -400 (negative four hundred). They are dishonest, disreputable, and unfortunately, pretty much representative of big business in the USA today. Given how much I pay each month, it is unspeakable that any customer cannot contact them in any way except now going physically, I suppose, to a service center. Why do they not communicate such to the consumer base? They just never seem to get anything right except for billing me higher and higher . . .

Long Time On Phone They Want A Payment Of $276.55 To Restore My Account Do Not Have A Credit Card And Can't Use Debit Card Not Enough Money In Checking. I Am Going With Att Uverse If They Do No Restore My Account. I Have Always Paid On Time And Just Recently Sent Copies Of My Bank Statements As They Requested. I Am Very Unhappy With Comcast Right Now. I Just Spent A Long Time On The Phone With A Rep From Comcast Used Up A Lot Of My Phone Minutes. Phyllis Klucinec Long Time Comcast Customer.

6/13/16 On this tragic day I've been trying to actually compliment the Comcast Corporate entities on the lovely, subtle rainbow background on my home page. However, after being caught in the phone menu loop for a half-hour and then being told there was NO WAY to directly contact them(via phone or internet!) I'm sorry I wasted even a second trying to give credit where it was due. Instead, I hate Comcast right now!

We have notice different offers you have for new customer. As a customer since 1990 our account never gets any of these offers. We are an AT&T customer they offer us Direct Tv the same package for $80.00 introductory rate then $159.00 for 2 years and $200 Visa. I would love to stay with Comcast but I like Direct Tv offers a great new rate and a monthly savings please review my account 8499051490186958 [email protected] Direct Tv stated we would be able to keep our internet to please consider what we are asking thank you for your service over the years

Costomer service is good I give a 7out of 10 cause they promise u a deal and a prepaid card then don't give card to u instead u pay a 185.00a month for package

Comcast is crazy. Customer service in Mexico, Philippines, and Columbia. How long are we going to put up with this bs. Bring these jobs back home. Time to boycott companies that do this. We should not pay bills until they are brought home. You can't even find a local phone number.

Dear Customer Service;

I am trying to solve an issue for neighbor. His Comcast cable is above ground since the fall of last year. It is running across the back of my property. Since mowing season has started it would be wise to bury this. When mowing it might get run-over and then you will have an emergency to take care of. May I suggest that this get to the right department and handled promptly.

My neighbor has been calling for months with no response. I think it is time to resolve this issue.

I have been calling the customer service since Saturday. Last night after 4 tries, I finally got a message from the phone company that the number has been disconnected. After installing the "new improved" cable box that they forced on us I found out that Xfinity doesn't work and all of my DVR shows are gone. And I can't tape more than 1 show at a time. This is not an improvement.

I was just at Walmart in Goodlettsville TN. One of your drivers came pretty fast and I had to honk my horn before he stopped. So when he drove by has I was getting out of car he pulled up and said hey lady I saw ya. Really after I honked my horn as what I thought. But being nice I said it's all good. As he went down next aisle his passages yelled out of truck with a smart comment that made everyone in parking lot look. Truck #493TV. They where both black gentleman with the rude comments.

Spent nearly 4.5 hours trying to resolve a coonection issue. While agents were helpful, problem remains outstanding. I was told my problem had been escalated, was given a reschedule date only to find out that this person had not made note of the new date on my problem ticket. Someone pretending to be a supervisor, then assured me that they were sorry about the mix up. Whoever designed this help desk has absolutely no idea on hiw a real help desk functions. The process would never survive a six-sigma review.

I called April 24th foe service which could not be serviced over the phone. I was given a appointment for today April 25th between 5 and 7P.M..it is now 10:15P.M. No service person has arrived or called . I certainly am angry

Today 4-19-16 at approx 1155 am I observed one of your trucks 575 PC driving 15 miles over the speed limits on Sheridan Rd in both Zion and Winthrop Harbor Il.

Unreliable customer service called on hold for10min. Talked to someone they gave me # for you question a out bill. They say can't help another dept on hold 20 min. Then talk to someone again our don't help.Thats crap. Can't get no help with answer but sure does what payment.

I Cancelled My Service Due To Lousy Service-actually No Service- At 3 Different Times. I Had No Phone Service For 4 Days The 1st Time. I Had No Phone Service For 10 Days The 2nd Time, And The 3rd Time For .........3 Weeks.... During These Periods I Had To Call Repeatedly And Each Time Was Told Someone Would Be Out To The House At Such And Such Day And Time-never Came! Then I Got A Bill For Breaking My Lovely Contract When I Cancelled. Naturally I Disputed This Because If You Add Up The Nonservice It Would Cost You More Money Than Me. This Went On For 4 Months. Meanwhile, 2 Weeks A Go You Sent Me An Offer For $200 Free For Returning To You! But I Had Just Learned That My Credit Score Had Dropped Signifcantly Due To Comcast Stating Nonpayment! -while We Were Disputing This! Thank You Very Much.... I Can't Tell How Much I Think Of Your Service Because Profanity Is Not Allowed. But A Company Is Only As Good As It's Service!!!!!

Your customer service sucks , so bad . Had to speak to a person in India
Spent 39 min to talk to a person , and now have to wait 9 days for service rep to come to my home

I signed up for a 2 year contract but after a year my bill went up, I was told they can't do anything about it. Why promise 2 years of a constant price and not keep it? Not happy

just got tailgated n then sped really fast past me by a truck license plate TPI 079...numbers might npt be correct it was flying. it wasnt like ur normal bog vans it was a small almost like mini van
guy was an idiot driving n im patient with how people drive not like my husband who complains about EVERYONE.

Hello Comcast customer service---We have you "bundle" and have been receiving numerous phone calls from this tele . We have not answered the phone. Tonight at 9:35 pm PST, I picked up our phone--there was NO message, a "goodby" came on and this number clicked off. When I return dial this number, it is busy. We do NOT want any scam or fraud long distance calls charged to our phone. This may be a scam call. Will you please investigate what this # is and is it a scam??? Cancel any charges made long distance in the next 48 hours charged to our phone. Please let us know what you find out about this 800 tele number. Our comcast Thank you, Janice E. Comcast has been averaging one outage per week for the last several weeks. The latest one, today, affected both television and internet and lasted for eight hours (!).

having comcast cable. I called for tri pack.
was told 1st year with modem 120.00 2nd yr 130.00 3rd yr 170.00.
rec. a bill for 242.32 with 50.00 ins.
now i'm told mo. payment will be 170.00 with at&t int and phone 71.00 per mo.
last bill from comcast was 82.78 with cc 82.78 &att 71.00= 153.78
something is wrong.
also a e-mail name i did not want.

TV is out on a day kids are out of school and snowed in. Thanks Comcast! Trying to get someone on the phone and they are not taking calls... Very upset with Comcast and customer relations right now... At least give us a chance to call or e-mail and get some answers.

this has to be the worst service ever, the phone lines are always busy never get a chance to talk to anyone, can't get any upper channels and if you do get someone all you get is the run around and they are over priced

None of your numbers work. All are said to be nonworking according to voice mail. Bogus company. Have outage and no response. Going to chsnge company. This is ridiculous to pay so much and no service.
